A very thoughtful, considerate, kine and friendly Doctor who had never met me before as I am from overseas. He tcoomunicated well with me, diagnosed my ailment and prescribed some medication. I am already feeling a whole lot better.

I was able to get an appointment within 30 mins and was seen quickly in the very pleasant surgery in Waterloo. Doctor Emma was lovely with my son, checked him and reassured me. Would definitely recommend this doctors clinic and will use again if I'm ill again in London.

I was in a desperate situation where I needed a standard medication (for me) prescription before I ran out of an important medication. While not actually referred to this practice, I did get some strong suggestions to google London Doctor’s Clinic. That cake from another PHS physician. The appointment scheduling was excellent and, from the time I tried to book an appointment until I was examined and had my new prescription, it was less than an hour.

I had consulted Dr. Thanusha Ananthakumar at your Waterloo clinic on June 4, 2019 at 7.30 PM. Although she was given a complete description of my health condition and symptoms at that time, I felt that they were not taken seriously and were disregarded. I had complained of vomiting and nausea, but still, I was not prescribed any medication for the same. Since London Doctor's Clinic has excellent reviews, I did not doubt Dr. Ananthakumar's judgment at that time. However, my symptoms showed no improvements even after 24 hours when I had to run to the Urgent Care on the night of June 5, 2019. This was SO stressful for me as well as my entire family. After undergoing such distress, we scheduled a follow-up appointment with you at your Canary Wharf clinic for the morning of June 6, 2019. It was only then that I received satisfying care and felt confident in the doctor's judgment.
I am specifically writing to bring to your attention these 36 hours of torture and extreme physical and mental discomfort that was caused just because of a doctor's failure to give the required consideration to the patient's experiences. And this is specifically a serious issue since the doctor at your Canary Wharf clinic was able to identify the cause of my health condition in just a few minutes, while the doctor at the Waterloo clinic simply disregarded such a diagnosis at the initial appointment. Additionally, Dr. Ananthakumar or any other doctor was NOT available to speak with me on phone regarding this emergency right after my symptoms worsened. With such a condition, my family and I had to make several calls just to find someone to speak with and schedule another appointment.
This is a serious deficiency in services; so serious that I had to run to get Urgent Care. I request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible and I also demand a suitable compensation of GBP 150,000 because of the EXTREME distress caused to my family and me because of this. I could have been in better health right after my first appointment if appropriate care was given. I am in London for a family vacation; we had been waiting for this vacation for months now and my family and I had to suffer for almost 2 more days because of the inefficient and inappropriate care provided by the doctor.
I shall take suitable action against you if I do not receive a satisfactory response.
Additional Note: I also noticed that Dr. Ananthakumar was in such a hurry that she left the clinic even before I came out of the consultation room. This could have been a reason for inefficient services.

We had excellent experience. Appointment was taken on time. The doctor was patient, heard us properly and never rushed us. Most important- when the pathological reports showed some risk, the doctor made contact with us via phone, voicemail, sms and email, to make sure that we knew that it was an emergency.

Been to this clinic on a number of occasions. Each time, I have been seen on time. The doctor's listen and give good advice. I usually have a injection for hay fever, this time also blood tests, results in 4 hours. Also given a prescription. Cannot fault the service.

Also, although I did explicitly bring my previous blood results, the doctor didn't note them down and when the fresh ones arrived she wasn't able to interpret them "for lack of previous results". The online setup is great, the service is terrible. The doctor was a poor communicator, rushed and wasn't fully engaged. The receptionist wasn't able to answer a simple question. I had to wait until the receptionist arrived past 9am to drop off a follow up sample.
