I'm a student from abroad and was in need of an appoinment on a saturday morning. They were able to get me in on very short notice, HOWEVER, days after taking the prescribed antibiotics my symptoms have only gotten worse. After leaving a message with the receptionist and being promised a follow up phone call, I was never contacted and now I am in the search for a new doctor for the remainder of my time abroad. Very disappointed, and still very sick.

Getting a time was easy and the staff helpful to finding the place, consultations was bad. The actually service was pretty low paid 55 gbp for 10 min of listening and then being told the same thing a GP told me 2 weeks ago. Waste of time if you ask me. Had pain in the back & joint pain & fatigue and even when I told the doctor of the prolonged symptoms for over 3 weeks I was told that this was normal and should keep doing exercise as usual. Felt like the only thing they wanted to do was get me out of the door & take my money. Requested a blood test was told it was unnecessary as it was nothing serious. As always with my health I like to get second opinions, turned out i had Lyme disease. - Will most likely not use again

Really low quality service at this practice. I only came here because it was a bank holiday and my regular place was closed. I was seen by a Dr. Deo, who was extremely unprofessional and made me feel really uncomfortable. She checked my ears/throat, and said I had a bacterial infection, which I need antibiotics for. I found this very strange, and my gut feeling told me not to trust her diagnosis (thankfully I was right.).
I went to my regular GP the next day, and he said I had a mild cold, and not to take any antibiotics. Checked my ears, and no bacterial infection. (Bare in mind this GP has worked for BUPA for over 25 years).
I completely understand that sometimes doctors mis-diagnose patients, but what I cannot accept is Dr. Deo's sense of arrogance and lack of professionalism. She handed me over the antibiotics, the box felt hot (as it was a hot day and I think she got them from a cupboard that was in the sun?), I asked if I could return this and just get a prescription (and buy the meds elsewhere), which I did. The receptionist was completely useless, did not want to print my invoice, and made my life hell to get all the information needed for my BUPA insurance.
I would avoid this place. Really really disappointed I paid £55 for a 10 minute consultation. I was rushed out of the room too.

Have used this service before with no problems but i think they were greedy when i took my child to see them on Saturday to have her breathing checked out . The Doctor also checked my BP out in the 15 min appointment but then charge me for 2 appointments & invoice me for 2 15 min appointment while rushing me out the door say there were patients waiting which there wasnt .
