I used the Fulham Location for a "Fit to Fly" test. Really clean, professional and easy to use online-booking system. I will use them again for other things. Family have also used Kings Cross (pop up) for "Fit to Fly" testing and had an equally good experience. Highly recommend.

I went here last week for a fit to fly Covid test to allow me to return home from London. The staff and service were great. Helpful, efficient and friendly. It was very straightforward to book and when I got there they couldn't have been nicer. The nurse, Debbie, was particularly helpful. She understood that the test was needed within a certain time period because of the travel issue and could assure me that I would get it in time (which I did). Also, she was very quick administering the test itself - which was far less awful than I had expected!

I have used MyHealthcare Clinic twice for COVID travel testing. They really do provide an excellent service - fast, friendly, careful and reasonably priced. Both times I got my results well before the promised 48 hour turnaround time. Online booking is easy and efficient. Highly recommended.

The lady who did my Covid test Just had a surgical mask and that's it. The guys at the desk, did not even wore the mask properly over the nose. `I paid £99 for the test and might have been positive. Awful

The blonde receptionist was very nice and polite every time we went there. However on the 26/01 around 6pm there was another lady with dark hair and she completely ignored me when i tried to speak to her two times not nice at all considering its a private clinic and people pay specifically to be seen and treated better than in any regular gp practice.

The team at MyHealth Clinic were amazing, professional efficient and delivered ahead of time what they promised. I was ‘taken in’ by another Harley St provider who did the COVID test but did not deliver the Fit2Fly Certificate which was mandatory by Thai authorities. In a panic I made contact with MyHealthClinic Call Cenre and they were so patient with my continual asking same question that I would get a fit to fly. They accommodated me short notice and trip bus and short walk to the LHR centre was so easy. Results were due to be delivered by midnight - ahead of time where sent through at 5pm putting my mind at rest I was good to go. Great job MyHealthClinic you have my absolute recommendation.

My husband's lab report gave a negative result but the accompanying letter and certificate said the result was positive. This was extremely worrying for us as we thought we would have to cancel our travel plans. Eventually the clinic sent the correct negative certificate. I asked for a letter of explanation or apology from the clinic but am still waiting on this some 9 days later

Excellent service from booking through testing and very quick test result. Easy procedure. One negative point was the poor signage at the Hilton hotel Heathrow . The My healthcare clinic and signage was not easily vis-able from the car-park The entrance to the clinic was at the side of the building. This needs improving !

DO NOT USE THE RAPID TEST. I took the test at 1115 on Thursday. It is now 1550 on Friday and I have spoken to 5 different people who cannot tell my where my result is. (The result is meant to take between 2-4 hrs) I specifically paid more to get this rapid test so that I was able to see my parents, I am now waiting for the result and the utterly incompetent customer service department keep promising that someone will be in touch - no one is. Utter scam

Fantastic customer service in beginning great front house ,but i have booked my test for £249 to get results in 24h ... received after 38h at 23:10 , when my flight was 9:50 in the morning and results was very unclear till next day at 12:00 noon . "The result is positive indicating the patient does not have the coronavirus infection at the time of testing. Absolutely shocking customer service. Still have been waiting for goodwill. Embarrassing error . i hope is the placed to report it this further ....

Booked a self PCR test fit to fly, went to the clinic at DoubleTree Hilton after check-in and have pointed out the test I was going to do the nurse did swab me hurting badly the nose twice. At 14:30 I've been called by them to let me know they have done the wrong test so If want the certificate I need to go back and re-do the test again by 16:00 but I can't. Just how simple is to ruin your day and holiday so quickly!

Last week I went into My healthcare clinic in Fulham with an emergency for a broken tooth injury (in excruciating pain) and the staff were so helpful and kind and they were able to see me within a couple of minutes. I was seen by Dr Alison Browne who was absolutely amazing!! She was so calm, reassuring and informative of what exactly happened to my tooth and how she was going to fix it. I was given excellent care and service!! I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Browne for any dental care.

DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS. I ordered a swab test and was promised next day delivery. Seven days later, the product is still not delivered!! Paid 149 pounds for nothing. I have been contacting them everyday and they have no idea where my order is. Every single time someone promises to look into it and call me back, but it never happens. Asking for a refund, they have the nerve to tell me I need to return the product first. What product???? I have never seen such an uprofessional behaviour from a clinic.

I got my results in time but not my wife. We are on our way to the airport 48 hours after the test and still waiting for my wife’s test. We have been calling every 30 mins and no one is accountable or knows what’s going on. This clinic is NOT FIT TO TEST !

They send the results two hours before the check in We have been calling all morning and no one is accountable or knows what’s going on. Now I recebe two diffrent result, one said I have covit 19 positive and another said I am fit to fly and the results is negative, . Dont trust this clinique

Wouldn't recommend. Paid £25 refundable deposit *which I have still not received after two weeks* for a free consultation. Saw the doctor who was nice and did a checkup on my teeth (needed an implant). I then got sent to their sales person, and this is were everything went downhill. She was very pushy and demanded that i make the purchase now or as soon as possible as the prices are going up at the end of the month. On the website and on the phone I was told the total cost of the advanced implant would be £1700. The quote I got was £2100, they were also charging extra for CT scan and other services etc... So yeah, don't waste your time going here please. Thanks

I was with them for a year, NEVER AGAIN! Such a shame cause the dentist that treated me was absolutely amazing but sadly the reception and the managing of this place is absolutely appalling. They never reply on the phone, never reply to emails. Some of the staff at reception were so moody, never a smile or an an apology when they overcharged me for my treatments and it took me a month to get my money back. They kept charging their membership during lockdown despite being closed and now they still ask for a 3 months notice to cancel membership having no sympathy for people who have lost their job during those hard times. I feel sorry to put only 1 star for the dentists there cause they are all very good but management deserves -5 stars. I’m sure I can find other good private dentists in London within a much better managed practice.

I damaged a tooth last year and it had to be extracted by my previous dentist. After a few months of trying to decide on the best way forward, I chose an implant at MyHealthcare Clinic in Fulham. My original plan was to travel to Turkey or Budapest after seeing ads on Google to save money, and hearing stories from friends, but I'm now VERY glad I chose to stay in the UK and have the procedure completed here. After a quick consultation I found it was much more affordable than I expected, and everything was explained clearly. Theo & the team have been great, and the quality of the treatment I've received has been much better than any dentist I've visited before. Every visit I've had has been quick and easy, and I've recommended the clinic to a few friends and family. My implant has taken just under 4 months from start to finish, which is 2 months quicker than other dentists quoted me.

A fantasic service at the Fulham branch. I would like to thank all staff for providing our PCR Covid test results for travelling on time. We live 5 mins away from the clinic, hence, we bought 2 home kits there on Friday, did the tests on Saturday morning prior to bringing them back at 11:30 (there's also an option to do it in the clinic, but in any case you should do it yourself). At 9 a.m. Monday morning we already got our test results back with certificates being just right on time. Both documents were sent to emails. The staff was very supportive and responsive. I can't praise enough their expeditious and professional service. It's a great option especially for those who have tight test time limits for travelling (in our case it was 72hrs prior to departure from taking the test).

Unjustified expenses, unprofessional service and rude staff. I chose MyHealthcare clinic for my dental treatment as after meeting the orthodontist who was going to be my dentist made feel very comfortable. Unfortunately, only a couple of months after starting the treatment she left the company. It is not surprising now, after having been seen by four different orthodontist as staff do not seem to last. The first disappointment arrives when I am told I can pay the treatment in instalments, and right after signing the contract, I am told I cannot. Many of my appointments suddenly changed day, time or location without my confirmation, they would send an email and expect you to attend (always 15 minutes early as you risk a cancellation fee being charged!) During the beginning of the treatment I was offered a membership priced at £35 a month, which entitles me to two hygienist appointments a year, up to 50% on many treatments and free emergency appointments. I only needed an emergency appointment on one occasion and I was seen one week after my call. During my first hygienist appointment I was recommended to go back after 4 months rather than 6. For timing issues this did not happen, however I did get the same recommendation the second time (with a different member of staff, of course) the reason why? They charge the visit if there has not been a gap of 6 months between appointments. My treatment finished and besides not being 100% happy with the result, I emailed to cancel my membership to which I am told that I have to pay three more months. I responded this email requesting a copy of the contract that states this information and I am told it will be sent to me. I am yet to receive this, but I did get a call from a very rude receptionist, saying that her manager is allowing me not to pay those three months (72h after I had cancelled my Direct Debit) I requested a copy of that contract again, and she said she would send it in the next couple of days. This contract does not exist. These T&Cs have never been stated on any document I have signed as even the benefits I was meant to be entitled to were never sent to me in written. I am indeed taking action but above all I hope this review help others to think twice before becoming clients of Myhealthcare.

Dentists and staff are too concerned with selling their membership to actually care about patient's care and service. They're quick to rush you into booking their overpriced services and charge you ridiculous amounts for your records. By UK law, you are entitled to these and if opting to use a private practice, you may be charged a reasonable fee for these. Fees are NOT reasonable. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend to others. Go somewhere that actually cares about your dental health vs. up selling you!

We have found this service to be fantastic, everything from the dental, the hygienist and the very comprehensive health screen has been great, results back within days and available on email for our perusal. They've been flexible with us and very accommodating to get us in as a family for appointments. Really good customer care, listening and adjusting the tests depending on what you tell them are your actual issues, it's responsive, it's customer focused and it's great.

The best service i have ever receive. I visited your clinic on the 22 nd of February 2020 at 13:00 for a scan. The person who did my scan was very polite and attentive and gave my results straight after the scan. I have been to the other clinics for scans and they charged me £350 for it, yet it took me over a week to get my result, after calling, emailing and leaving so many messages to receive it (Women’s Wellness Clinic Fulham Road opposite Chelsea and Westminster Hospital) My Health Clinic charged me only £100 very very reasonanle rate and gave my result immediately. Overall was a 5 star service. Thank You.

My first appointment with a private clinic and felt quite disappointed. I had to wait 20 minutes to see the GP and my appointment itself felt very rushed. I had read that a 20 minute slot would be assigned but I was only seen for 10 minutes (perhaps as it was the end of the day). I work long hours so finding time to see a GP is difficult; I raised two issues, the latter was dismissed very quickly without a proper consultation and was told to raise the issue next time. Nonetheless, pleased that I have a deeper understanding of one of my health concerns and medication was prescribed.

The place is very clean and the staff at the reception were very friendly offering drinks for everyone and toys to my daughter. I must admit, I ummed and ahhed before signing up for the monthly subscription that would allow me the discount on the treatments I had to have. Poor cosmetic dentistry and two botched root canals at a different practice had left me with serious infection, so my trust in dentists was at an all-time low and I didn't really have the money to spare if things went wrong again. However, since joining MyHealthcare Clinic, I have been to the dentist more times in four months than I have in ten years, but without complaint. I happen to be under the supervision and care of a perfectionist, Dr Zain, who told me from the beginning that he was in no rush to take my money and that he want me to be 100% happy with any results of his work. I've had an extraction in preparation for an implant, which is healing well and recently, a crown fit for my two front teeth and I'm delighted with the results. They look totally natural thanks to the dedication of the team at Esthetica who worked hard with him to match my expectations. Dr Zain and his staff have been nothing but friendly, professional, and dedicated and the highest praise I can give them is that when I have a dental appointment these days, I actually look forward to it! He has restored my faith in restorative dentistry and in people in general and I am proud to recommend him. The only problem is that once this review airs, I'll find it even harder than is already is to get an appointment!
