Everything went well but I still think this is clearly a "business"... £165 for a 24h PCR test it's a bit too much. I'm not suggesting free tests but at least a symbolic/fair amount would allow more people to do tests.

I needed a quick blood test done, so I knew it would cost more.They charged me £65 for a 15 minute consultation and £185 for the blood test.
The £65 consultation was basically one question which took about 30 seconds. The blood test was not delivered within the 4-6 hours they had guaranteed. The appointment room was OK but not great for £250. My advice is, avoid last minute blood tests if you can, as the prices charged by this clinic and clinics like them is extortionate. They were professional.

Unorganized. I booked an appointment that I had to reschedule. A lady over the phone changed my booking to King’s Cross Clinic and I never got a confirmation email. When I requested a confirmation over the email I got told that I can’t have a booking as King’s Cross Clinic is closed that day. I had to call them again and change my booking. When I arrived for my appointment, the lady at the reception couldn’t find my booking. Very messy and poorly organized, especially for the money you’re paying.

Pros: I was able to book an appointment and be seen the exact same day. Staff were friendly enough.
Parking: absolutely no where however I parked directly under the bridge and walked there. I recommend getting a cab. A cab can drop you straight there.
Cons: I was charged TWICE without me knowing and did not get an invoice until I called them to ask why I was charged twice. I’m waiting for this to be fixed.
They mentioned that this could be a glitch in their system but I literally hardly ever check my transactions and noticed that today I had two.
Also, on the website, it was £68 for a blood test, when I arrived there it was actually £138.
The doctor asked me whether the receptionist confirmed the price for me, I said no she didn’t confirm. But also, the website does not say £138 for a blood test either.
Would I come back? Absolutely not.

Staff & doctor provided great service & were friendly & professional! However, the building policies are dangerous and unsafe. You have to sign a visitor log at the entrance, hence touching the same pen & paper that all previous visitors touched as well.
What is the point of having one way floors if everyone has to touch the same objects?

The experience was good, but the test results were provided in a format that cannot be used by treating doctors. This is the reply from the doctor's office:
I have saved the results to your record with the authorisation of the Clinic Manager. In future we would need to see the results on laboratory headed paper if you need to get a private test again, meeting all of the regulatory requirements as stated.

Had to cancel my first appointment as I was running late. The receptionist quickly slotted me in for a later one. The service was friendly and the doctor was very understanding. Results 4 hours later - amazingly fast.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH COVID ANTIBODY TEST.
I visited London Doctors Clinic in Canary Wharf for the Covid antibodies test which come back negative. Two days after my result came back I done another postal test which came back positive. I wished I never paid the £160. I feel absolutly ripped off.

Friendly staff but the whole service was abit rushed i think they try to fit me in a 15 minute slot. But would have been better if the doctor actually take time and care for. Maybe explain more would have been useful to get my money’s worth. Really, We are patients not machines but I guess It is the norm here in the UK

Booked a appointment online which was easy. A little hard to locate even for a londoner but it's the second building on the left, as another reviewer said the Vodafone building. I needed a fit for work certificate, the doctor was friendly and professional and I couldn't have asked for more, paid a little more for a weekend appointment, but was well worth the visit. I will use LDC again!! Highly recommended. Thank you.

After being turned away from local NHS centre, I was told to find a private doctor's clinic to treat my illness. A google search found me the London Doctors Clinic. Confirming with reception they treat tourists' I was given a same day appointment at their closest clinic to my accommodation.
Arriving at the clinic, the doctor promptly saw to me, diagnosed my illness & proscribed treatment. Within 24 hours, I noticed a significant improvement in my health - giving me the confidence I could soon enjoy the rest of my holiday & be fit to fly home.
Being a private clinic, the fees are high. However you can claim it on your travel insurance.
On the whole, London Doctors Clinic exceeded my expectations & I endorse them to fellow travellers who may fall sick in the UK.

I was misdiagnosed by one of the doctors. The doctor spent more time asking how I was going to pay rather than trying to learn about my symptoms. I was given medication for gum infection and told to go and see an emergency dentist, however when I went to A&E that evening I was told I had mumps.

Booked this last minute online. There was no delay and the doctor quickly understood my issue. Unfortunately, the pharmacist informed me the drug they prescribed wasn't commercialised in the UK. They were extremely helpful and quickly solved the issue.

Really very average. Was just a doctor in a Regus room which was poorly equipped and didn’t have basic equipment to test my daughter’s urine (as we suspected a UTI). She just told us it looked fine and referred us to a specialist. We asked who we should see and she replied that she had no idea and we should google someone. What exactly was the point? We won’t be using this lot again.

I got an appointment the same morning that I registered and the website was easy to navigate. The clinic was easy to find close to the tube station, and reception staff helpful. More to the point, the doctor was professional, but friendly, with the medicine prescribed for me available on the spot. If, as was the case my GP could not book me an appointment for 3 weeks, I would definitely use this clinic again.

Went in a few days ago feeling so full of hayfever I remember going in feeling bad and walking out feeling amazing. I dont respond to hayfever tablets or eye drops or anything that's prescribed from the doctor. Highly recommended to anyone who suffer badly in England during the summer.

Nice facilities, but the GP visit was very poor, with no real advice/guidance/explanation for the medical problem. Superficial approach, she didn't even look at the patient. We were rushed into making the payment, as if that was the primary objective of the medical visit.

A U. S. tourist staying in a hotel near Paddington--shortly after 8 a.m. on a Friday I found the clinic online, and I was able to book an appointment for 9:30 A.M. that day. The clinic is inside a high-rise building near the train station. Once inside and after circumnavigating the elevators, the receptionist and doctor were very friendly and waiting for me in a pristine clean area. I received good professional treatment, and was in and out with my much-needed antibiotic in less than 20 minutes: 55 pounds for the 15-minute appointment, plus 10 pounds for filling the prescription for me 'on the spot.' I was certainly pleased with the rapid response and good care that I received.
