Very bad appointment. No real guidance or explanation of what I actually had. Was given an overall medication that just made me feel worse.
Also had issues paying as they don’t take contactless payments.
Overall, I was really unhappy with my appointment and shouldn’t gone to GP instead.

I had the flu for several weeks, so i thought i should see a doctor. I am from New Zealand, so i needed to find a doctor fast, so this was a quick option. But a very expencive one. I arrived and the receptionist was very friendly, but the doctor who i talked to was super rude, and disregarded everything i had to say. I have a few medical things i had to tell her about myself first, and she acted like i was lying or something. I was just overall left feeling like i was judged for my condition, and there was no sympathy at all for what i was going through. She checked my vitals and i felt as though she though i was lying about how terrible i felt. That evening i was extremely sick physically. Im not happy at all with how this all turned out. Super unkind and really rude.

I arrived around 10 minutes early to the clinic, signed in and told the receptionist my appointment details. I was told to sit down and wait. I was not called for my appointment until 10 minutes after my dedicated time and when I arrived to meet the doctor, it was assumed that I had arrived late as she did not know the reason why I had been called up late and had to rush my appointment. I did not feel entirely welcome because of this delay and was already relatively stressed out related to why I had booked an appointment to see the GP in the first place. The doctor was professional and did all she could to help me and had apologized for the delay. But I think there is some sort of miscommunication between your reception and your doctors. I don't think I will be returning because of this rather uncomfortable experience.

Very easy and convenient to book on line and see a GP the same day, especially being a traveller and not knowing the city very well. Being able to buy medications in the clinic and not needing to look for pharmacy after, even more convenient. Very friendly and professional staff.

Went to the london doctors clinic in victoria and my experience was very mixed to be honest! The receptionist was polite and professional. The doctor too, was polite and professional. The level of service to say the least was lacklustre due to the advertising which was misleading! The advert was for a hgv medical for £75 which seemed reasonable. The downside was as part of this particular medical examination is an eye test! No facilities to undertake this part of the eye examination, which to say the least disappointing and frustrating. Now i had to make a separate booking at an opticians to complete the hgv medical. The question is this....would i recommend this company to others for future reference? Absolutely not! The last point was i couldn't get a printed receipt as the printer was low on ink! After an attempt to replace the toner there was no receipt, as it couldn't print! The only thing this company does is this....its just a licence to print money knowing that people like me will require a hgv medical which is needed every five years. I was promised an e-mail with the receipt details which did reach me for which I've now got to print!

The doctor I saw here yesterday was really helpful, professional and caring. You're in and out in 15 mins, and i booked the appointment only two hours beforehand.
if you're busy like I am, this is 55 quid very well spent to avoid the hassle of the NHS; and for immediate service.
Well worth a visit if you're ill, and need immediate attention .

I got there in good time for my 15m appt as requested but I didn't see the doctor until 15m after my appt time. The receptioist was surly & unapologetic. In fact neither the receptionist nor the doctor acknowledged the delay. The doctor seemed inexperienced & asked qs which indicated she had not read my notes on my medical issue. Bizarrely, I had to pay the doctor, who got out a little cash box to give my change from! The doctor was polite & I think gave the right advice but I would not use this clinic again.

Was able to book an appointment effortlessly only a few hours in advance. Filled in a simple form ahead of time to give a brief of my details and reason for appointment - this saved time registering in person. Zero wait time, clean and professional offices, doctor was superb and very clear in communication and the cost of the appointment was very reasonable. I received a referral with minimal push as is sometimes the case with NHS GPs where there is a clear need for specialist involvement. Could not recommend these guys enough, I will opt for private GPs from now on after being continually let down by the lack of availability, organisation and urgency from NHS surgeries.

The Paddington Clinic was difficult to access as up many floors in a high rise. The GP was friendly but she gave me a script written on the wrong script paper and the pharmacist would not fill the script.
I tried to contact the clinic to ask for another script but was put through to the clinic from another number and there was no answer.
A complete waste of 55 pounds.
