AVOID!!! Dreadful experience. Only interested in making money with numerous hidden charges. Refused to see me being 5 minutes late. No refund. Had paid congestion charge as well as parking charges but road was closed at Marylebone clinic. Refused to see patient after me for same reason. Awful, rude and unfriendly staff. Go elsewhere!

Fantastic service all round. Made an appointment after 6pm one evening for 11am the next morning. Saw Dr Boukhezra who was really excellent. She gave me as much time as was needed, was very knowledgable, patient and helpful. She typed up a referral letter which I had by the time I got to the car. 5-star service and would highly recommend both the service and Dr Boukhezra.

Although I had a good experience there, there was definitely hidden fees! When being charged online for my appointment, nowhere on the website did they point out I would have to pay an extra £69. They sent me numerous emails & text reminders but still didn’t include the extra charge for the appointment. You can imagine my shock when the doctor charged me. Would’ve been very embarrassing had I not had the cash to pay!

had a 10.30 appt and doc rushed in late and seem frustrated throughout the appointment. in the end she referred to me a specialist, which i am glad about as she did not show compassion on the sensitive nature as to why i was visiting. have had good experiences before, but luck of the draw in terms of if you get a good, kind doctor, or one who is rushed and puts their frustration onto the patient. Update: i cannot believe the reply to this review provides sensitive information. reduced rating to 1 star

I came in for a Covid-19 antibody test. The two members of staff I spoke to (a receptionist and a doctor) were both friendly and professional. The doctor was disciplined in sticking to official guidelines and only advising me about Covid-19, the implications of the antibody test, my need to social distance, etc, in accordance with existing evidence. I would recommend this clinic and their services to others.

Very welcoming clinic. We booked an appointment online for a full blood count test. We got there on time we spent nearly half an hour then we're done. Result was in my mailbox next morning with a full description of what to do next. I love it I definitely recommend it

I have had a cold and cough on and off for the last 3 months, for which they treated me 6 weeks ago. This time they refused to see me as my symptoms include a cough as they did 3 months ago, no fever, mind you. Customer Care 0/10, will I ever return? No.

LDC on Harley Street is my GP and the service and staff here are absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk in, you know this is no public doctor. The waiting and reception areas are peaceful and comfortable, making you at ease for your appointment. The doctor I see, Dr. Nagete Boukhezra, is so knowledgeable and kind- she really makes you feel you are in good hands. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking out superior doctor’s services in London.

Really poor. Downstairs reception (rude) sent me upstairs and told me the doctor knew I was there. Along with another person, I was kept waiting for over 45 minutes while other people were seen first. When we asked the doctor why, we were told that reception has marked us both as 'no-shows'. Rather than an apology, we were made to feel it was our fault. Won't be using London Doctors Clinic again when there are so many other (much better) providers locally.

The quality of the consultation was that of the NHS. As a doctor myself, as I was disappointed at how dismissive, blunt and messy her approach was. I felt cheated when I then had to pay the fee at the end - quite frankly it wasn’t worth the sub-standard experience I had. Maybe I was unlucky and got one of the bad ones, who knows.
With that being said, I won’t be returning to LDC Marylebone.
