Very convenient as you can make booking the same day and see GP. Doctor was friendly and calm. Done blood test very gently (had painful experiences in the past).
Meanwhile due to lockdown restrictions my GP doesn't accept face to face patients, I am glad I had opportunity to discuss my concerns with doctor.

Easy booking service, convenient location and lots of availability. Thorough and friendly doctor. Great service until waiting for results...assured by the doctor I’d have my results with 48 hours (maybe even quicker as it was urgent), after calling to ask where my results are I was assured they’d be sent by 4pm, it’s now after 5 and still no sign of my results and no one answering calls. I will now have to wait until Monday I presume. I would recommend as a simple GP service without any follow ups they’re fine - anything else really disappointing.

Easy to get an appointment. I felt like I'd been abandoned by my GP (highly understandable) having had COVID 3 months ago but having ongoing health issues. Got the various blood tests sorted with the very nice Doctor Bhatti, and had the test results the next morning. Top service and delighted to know nothing major is wrong...thoroughly recommend.

Though my original booking was at wandsworth centre, but I was seen by specialist at king cross practice, because I selected the wrong time slot. I don't regret it at all that I had to travel further miles because the GP at king cross clinic was excellent.
LDC has an easy booking system, flexible appointments and convenient location.

I can see that most of the recent negative oppinions are about delays in the PCR results delivery. I cannot opine about this as I have not requested this kind of test in the clinic but I never have a problem with any of their clinics, neither this one in Wanswort nor the one in Victoria where I used to go. In general they are efficient and friendly and have big availability even for last minute appointments. The only negative point is that nowadays is almost imposible to contact by phone, you will try and try and the only result will be that you will need to listen again and again a pre-recorded message asking you to leave a message in the voicebox but the voicevox is full so this is a dead end... Anyway I can understand that this is due to the situation created by covid as in the past this was better. We will see in this improve in the future... In any case I don't think this should impact the valuation.

Fees are very misleading. Went in for a blood test that said 61£ charge on the website, they tried to charge me 250+£. There is a 65£ consultation on top of whatever you try and do, even if it’s a simple blood test you are already paying for and nothing to consult on. Ended up getting rinsed and paid 65+61£=136£. The initial 250£ was a charge for a much more inclusive blood test that I didn’t ask for anw, but they always try their luck and get more out of you.

The doctor service was okay as we paid the fees the blood test was fine but the major problem when they send the result they said you have to email the customer service to dicuss with them for your prescription delivery!!!!!
So shocked they don't answer their phone, when you email them they said they will come back to you within 48 hours!!!
Now I'm waiting 72 hours still no respond yet, I went back to ask the doctor if I can get the perception in person, no one know about her they rent a space in physiotherapist shop and no one can help me!!
I don't know why was that hard for them to send the perception if they need money I can pay for it but they just disappear, what a sham

First, they charged me £45 for collecting keyworker COVID test kit although their website states this charge applies for courier delivery. Trying to clarify by returning their call before my appointment, my inbound call was intercepted four times without answering let alone routing it to the right agent. Secondly without explaining further, they routed me into a GP appointment which I had never booked; I was only to collect the test kit. Thirdly, the GP was unaware why I was scheduled and could not find my appointment. Finally in the third minute, I was asked to pay £169 for the kit. I did NOT buy the kit in the end; they still owe me the refund of the £45 for a service I had not even used.

Excellent service from a doctor at the clinic; took their time to understand my issues and symptoms, very thorough examination, very professional. Much better than what I usually get from my local NHS GP. Discussed my options at length. Would recommend this service.

I am from New Zealand and only in London for 2 weeks to visit family. The Clinic was easy to find ,receptionists lovely and the woman Dr I saw was really friendly, helpful and made me feel at ease. She gave excellent medical advice. I would always go back there if I had to, when visiting London again
