My initial experience at the practice was absolutely great, the appointment was easy to make and the doctors I saw were very polite and efficient. I was diagnosed with a moderate to severe ear infection and was initially prescribed an ear spray which I didn't feel was helping me much, I returned to the practice for a 'complimentary consultation', where I was moved onto a week course of antibiotics, after the 7 days my infection had improved but I was still experiencing some mild pain. When I called the surgery to enquire about a repeat prescription I was told this could not be done, I would need an additional ear swab at £42 + another consultation fee of £55. I had already spent over £87 on my initial treatments and in my eyes this should have been carried under the initial consultation and fees. Don't get me wrong, the service is great if you aren't short on cash, but if your illness drags on prepare for some repeat bills as they can certainly wrack up quickly.

Son went there for comprehensive blood test. The GP drawing the blood at Wimbledon was great - talked through the process, was accurate. Report came in 2 days later, as promised. We had a small issue: on the morning of the day I specifically called and asked if son needs fasting and the answer was 'no' (NB! given by Fulham branch receptionist where the call was redirected). When he came in it turned out he did need to fast. Since we were now unsure about the validity of the results, I raised this with the clinic on their website and got a call in 15 minutes(!) to address this. My escalation was forwarded to the clinic's director, Dr Sudip Dutta, from whom I got a call next morning (Saturday!) and he walked me through the results and explained everything over the phone, addressing all my concerns and thus eliminating the need for redoing the test.
I believe the ultimate test of business' customer service quality comes when things don't go smoothly and in this case The GP Surgery did an awesome job. We will definitely use them again. Thank you!

I can see why there are so many bad reviews now. I didn’t even get the chance to attend an appointment with The GP Surgery, as they said the surgeon does not offer the procedure I require. I wanted earlobe repair surgery which is stated on their website. They never even gave me options, nor did they offer a consultation to see things more clearly. I will make sure people know about this terrible customer service. Renata needs some training in people skills for sure!

I was Zara's (Stella Nutrition) "patient" - it did not feel like it! It is coaching and it is support. I can't recommend Zara enough. I got her contacts through friends and embarked on a journey of healthy eating - no starving diets here! She takes the time to explain everything and you have the feeling that she cares and goes above and beyond. The continued support and coaching go much farther than "just" nutrition. I even managed to get my partner on board and we are really enjoying tons of easy and tasty new recipes and overall a new approach to food (and sleep, and stress, and many other things!).

Excellent service from the start.
My first communication with the GP Surgery started via emails on Sunday evening without any expectation for a reply.
I was surprised to get a response to my question so quick and out of working hours. I exchanged emails with The plastic Surgery Receptionist Renata, she was extremely helpful throughout the entire time.
On the day of my procedure, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful.
A big thank you to Dr Masha Singh. He is extremely professional, informative, kind and patient. I highly recommend the service.

I had such a good experience at The GP Surgery.
From the beginning communication with Renata was flawless. She is kind and considerate and makes you feel at ease so you can ask anything you want. Also she replies nearly immediately.
Dr Masha Singh is one of the nicest surgeons I have ever met and made the whole procedure a pleasant experience. From explaining very clearly and realistically the procedure itself, aftercare and what results to expect to a relaxed atmosphere for the procedure itself including my choice of music!
Overall I am very pleased I chose to attend this surgery.

I had a very bad experience at this practice. A doctor concluded almost immediately that I did not have an ear infection. He did minimal tests (not even taking my temperature) and was dismissive at best. Being sceptical, and given the severity of my pain, I managed to get an appointment with my usual NHS GP 48 hours later who diagnosed me with a severe ear infection. I would be incredibly wary about using this practice. It is worrying that even something as routine as an ear infection was missed.
Reply: As with all severe ear infections, it must have suddenly appeared 48 hours later...

As many people out there I have wrestled with my weight for most of my life. I tried and struggled with different diets. Every diet I tried failed. She led me trough a route towards an healthier life with patience and commitment, one small step at the time. Following her guidance I started loosing weight and was able to do this all while eating incredibly flavorful and satisfying food, without ever feeling deprived. I couldn’t believe it myself, but after the first couple of weeks and seeing some results, almost all of my cravings went away and it just got easier and easier. Thank you Zara! If I had not found you I would certainly not be as happy as I am today while writing this review. Thank you for helping me find this wonderful path that has allowed me to take back my physical and mental health, my energy, my life!

I followed Zara's 3 week reset eating programme and was amazed by how successful it was and how well I felt. Despite being a real coffee addict and feeling that it was harder to lose weight the wrong side of 50, I surprised myself and with Zara's strong encouragement managed to kick caffeine and lose weight quite easily. I really felt my system had been rebooted, with an end to fluctuating energy and dips where I felt tired in the afternoon. Her food plan was delicious and varied, catering for all food tastes, with quick and easy recipes and I never felt hungry or as if I was missing out. She really knows her stuff and is very encouraging and inspires you with confidence. She is a very good motivator for establishing good habits and combines nutrition and the psychological approach to food in a very effective way. She is very friendly and easy to talk to and I hope to keep up the good work and would never hesitate to join her programme again.

If I can give 0 rating I would. I had a GP appointment there with a female GP and during consultation she was googling the symptoms to get to a diagnosis. I also had a smear test and HPV test done there and 2 weeks later they emailed me to inform me that the lab only ran the HPV test but not the smear test (and the lab had destroyed the sample!) and as a result I would have to wait for 3 months before another smear test can be done. Would not recommend this place at all!

Mr Masha Singh explained the procedure in detail informing me of the necessary aftercare and any potential risks. I cannot praise him enough he is a very considerate man and a very skilled surgeon. many thanks to both him and the GP Surgery staff .

What a great surgery- I had been looking to get my stretched earlobes - large gauge 30mm (3cm) reduced to normal earlobes after having stretched ears for over 20 years after doing some research I settled upon The GP Surgery as surgeon well qualified and Renata the nurse I ad been emailing was just superb answered all my queries and was so very friendly and professional.
Had my surgery yesterday with the amazing Dr Masha Singh really thorough consultation explaining what he could do for me, what scarring could be like how my ears were slightly different in how they had stretched, agreed to surgery as he really knows his stuff and is both an artist as well as a lovely person. Great manner and talked me through everything and made me feel very comfortable and procedure went well , even asked if wanted music on during the procedure so I did and saw what ears will look like before dressings put on- back in 2 weeks for stitches to be removed and have promised will take and send in pictures to show healing process so they can use for other people looking to get this done who also gave larger ear stretches. Dr Masha Singh is just brilliant and Renata has been so helpful I would highly recommend this place.

Had a cyst removal with doctor Masha Singh, the consultation was exhaustive and the doctor cleared all my doubts and explained me all the details about the operation, everything was very clear. The operation was quick efficient and painless, and the wound is almost invisible even with the stitches on after just one day. Thanks what a lovely job you done!

This was my first time attending this private GP surgery a few months ago and most definitely my last. Had a blood test and got my results the next day which was good. However, I will not be returning. I had requested an appointment with a female GP when I booked online and this was not acknowledged. Perhaps there were none available when I had booked so fair enough but they could have contacted me prior to my appointment. I had my appointment with Dr Adler I believe his name was. This “doctor” really needs to have proper training because he is not fit to take blood tests. My blood was dripping whilst he was trying to fill up the five bottles. it ended up going EVERYWHERE. I have had many blood tests elsewhere and have never experienced anything like this ever. My blood was literally dripping all over the floor and leaking out of bottles which he placed on his desk which was now also covered in blood. It was a complete nightmare. No sense of hygiene either. He didn't bother to clean the area the needle was going to be injected into. Worst of all he did not even clean his hands before unpacking the needle from the plastic packaging. It was only once he’d inserted the needle did he think to go and put on a pair of gloves. There was a high risk of me getting an infection! I would avoid at all costs. The fact I paid over £200 for a service like this is unbelievable!

I went to get my ears syringed. The nurse who did it (can't remember her name - sorry!) was very nice and got the job done professionally and quickly. Had a good laugh with her whilst I was there and feel at ease to go here to get my ears cleaned out. 55 pounds for the service is quite pricey but you pay for the convenience and ease of the service. They always run on time and the two receptionists are cool as well.

Worst medical experience ever! No medical advice has been given after scan. I had to make the questions to be able to find out some info. Absolutely disappointed and waste of money. Went to a big hospital after and the diagnosis was so different. Avoid at all cost!

Very good service from start to finish. I have had a split earlobe for 10 years and called around different places to finally get it fixed and received quite unhelpful responses but when I phoned the surgery the receptionist was so friendly and helpful that I booked there and then. When it came to the day of surgery the continued service did not disappoint, the receptionists were polite and friendly. When I got into the surgery room Mr Masha was detailed in his explanation of what to expect, extremely reassuring, patient and kind. He took his time and made me feel completely at ease. I would recommend the service to anyone.

Mr Masha is exceptional. My nurse said she had never seen such a neat scar and I'm very hopeful about re peircing at the end of spring. I have had no pain, no bleeding and no discomfort whatsoever! I had my earlobe reconstructed after stretching it. He is a very personable and easy going man who is a delight to have dealt with! Staff were very efficient and helpful I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!!

I found the GP Surgery after some thorough searching on the Internet, as I needed a cyst removing from my face which had come back to haunt me (having originally been removed by my GP back in February). I specifically wanted a qualified surgeon to do this following its return.
Once I contacted the GP surgery everything proceeded quickly and efficiently with the booking. I was given an appointment very quickly once their surgeon, Masha Singh, had viewed a photo of the cyst to ensure the procedure could be done. In addition, all the information and e mail follow ups prior to the day were useful and timely.
Masha proved to be an outstanding choice. He was informative, professional, personable, patient and very easy to talk to. Everything was thoroughly explained to me, so I was very clear about the process, the anticipated result and after care. By the time we started the procedure, I had the utmost faith and confidence in his skills. The local anaesthetic stings a little but that’s inevitable but, aside from that, I felt nothing other than a little tugging. To aid your relaxation, Masha also has a massive music library to choose from while you are in his very capable hands.
I highly recommend Masha and would go back to him ‘in a heartbeat’ if I have any similar problems in the future

I wanted to write this review after I healed so I could it would be complete. My cyst removal with Mr Masha went better than expected! I got a Saturday appt right away. The cyst was removed and the scar is perfectly minimal! Mr Masha was extremely personable and was available to answer several questions I had a few days later. Best of all, the price was less than half of what quoted elsewhere. I highly recommend The GP Surgery Wimbledon.

I contacted the Surgery for a Cyst removal and they booked me in and explained everything before the day for what would happen.
On the day the staff were polite and the Surgeon was fantastic when making sure I knew what options I had available to me and double checked I wanted the procedure there and then.
90mins after arriving I was leaving minus the Cyst.
Can't recommend this place enough. Thank you so so much.

I had pregnancy ultrasound scans at The GP Surgery. My experience is very bad and definitely would not recommend to others.
I visited the clinic twice and waited for nearly an hour for my appointments. It just totally waste my time.
In my first ultrasound scan (gender scan), the Ultrasonographer used 10 minutes to fix the printer and only 5 minutes for ultrasound in an 15- min session.
In my second scan ( 32 weeks growth scan), the sonographer only did some basic measurements and refused to check and explain the growth of my baby. The scan they provided is even worse than the one provided by NHS, which is more attentive.
I would suggest all pregnant woman to avoid their ultrasound service if you pay from your own pocket as the service is very unprofessional and heartless.

When I was 17 I stretched my ear lobes resulting in my left ear spillitting. 18 years later of feeling embarrassed and ashamed I finally decided to get my ears reconstructed. After lots and lots of research I found Mr Masha. Not only was Mr Masha extremely experienced but he was also affordable. My consultation was so much more then I expected. Mr Masha took his time to explain everything that would happen in my operation and even did a detailed diagram. He explained in such a way that I didn’t have any worries or questions left unanswered. He took his time and made me feel so at ease. I honestly could not be happier with my operation and the care that Mr Masha showed me. While my operation was going on Mr Masha happily talked to me and asked how I was feeling often. After my operation and being at home I have had no issues what so ever. It was explained to me that I might experience some bleeding showing on my dressings or a little leakage maybe. I have actually had none. My experience of the day as a whole was amazing. Went to see private GP yesterday, with my toddler son. Not being looked at, but said straight away *don't do anything" it will pass. No treatment required. Even though I said I was waiting for it to pass for month. All appointment took two minutes, made me feel ignored and completely unwelcome. Avoid as complete waste of time and money! And my friends who tried it say the same!
