Fastest and most reliable service in London! I was very impressed by the quick turnaround on a late Sunday evening as I was able to have a GP consultation, a referral and an outpatient admission into Lister hospital all done within a few hours. The follow up calls I received were very reassuring and comforting. I can definitely say they have a genuine interest in their patients’ speedy recovery. They can be trusted with any health-related matter and really are the go-to people for a professional high-quality service! I would definitely recommend them!!

Very fast , brilliant service. Sister in law is member and during my visit to London I requested home visit for my son -doctor came very fast and was amazing with my 4 y/o! He also drove to pharmacy himself bought medication and brought it back for us as there was no delivery on Christmas Day.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided. The doctor came home in matter of hours and he was professional, friendly, helpful and even more importantly he had a lot of common sense and perfectly understood my daughter illness, prescribing the correct medicinals. He was extremely polite and he was happy to be called back in case of need and he even called me the day after to check everything was fine. I couldn't recommend Healthclinic enough! Worth every single penny. Don't hesitate, if you in trouble and need a professional doctor pick up the phone and call them! Thank you

Last minute home visit appointment with excellent follow up the day after. Dr Anuj Chaturvedi Made my toddler feel very settle while checking her medical symptoms and that was very reassuring for me as a parent. Highly recommend the service. Contact was easy and the process very organised.

These are the people to call if you are looking for the most professional private doctors in London. I have seen many other private GPs - but I think Harley Street clinics have lost their reputation. They don't care about patients anymore and they are not well regulated! The HealthClic concierge team however were intelligent, understanding and arranged everything for us for our hospital admission (on a Saturday evening!), which saved the GP time and effort. This meant that the doctor spent over an hour with me and my brother to help us. The doctor was experienced, and really went out of her way by accompanying us to the hospital too. Really cannot recommend them enough, totally worth it with these guys. Thank you so much again

Never again will I wait at a GPs waiting room for hours to get seen when I can have a GP come round to my house and actually take the time to make sure they have an understanding of what is wrong. Could not recommend the service more highly!

My husband hurt his back while visiting from the state's. We had quick and professional service. The Dr. was at our hotel at 1130pm on a Saterday night. He even arranged for my husband's medication to be delivered to our hotel!!. Highly recommend

While visiting London with our family, our son came down with strep throat. Since it was the weekend (Sunday) we called Healthclic to arrange for a doctor to see our son (most clinics were closed in weekend/Sunday). Within an hour or two Dr Maryam Benham came over, thoroughly examined our son, did a rapid strep test swab, and prescribed antiobiotics after examining him.
I was hesitant to use a service such as this especially in another country, not being sure of quality. However, we were very impressed by the service, especially that of Dr Maryam Benham...a very kind, thorough doctor that took her time to assess our son, quickly put us at ease with her expertise and professionalism.
After we tried several pharmacies in the area and none of them had the kids version of prescribed antibiotic and we were very worried about delaying taking medication, she came through by arranging with Heakthclic to find pharmacy and have delivered to us within anout an hour! And she kept in touch to see that all went well!
Awesome!!!! Highly recommend!

I was told that the price of an at home GP visit was £399 within the London area! When I expressed my surprise at such an extortionate price for a non-specialist GP visit, I was patronised with ‘we’re high end I’m afraid...’ in sneering tones. No thank you.

Always impressed. The whole experience; from picking up the phone to book a last minute GP home visit, all the way to my referral was positive and the team are very helpful. I saw the medical director (who was clearly very experienced) and he was able to pick up on things previous doctors had missed. Despite generally kind mannerisms of private GPs in London, it does not mean much if they are ultimately not a skilled doctor, and this only shows in more complicated situations when there is more at risk. Luckily I was prescribed the right medicine and saw the ENT specialist the next day. The medical director had even foreseen the exact treatment the specialist would recommend. I have as a result, joined as a HealthClic member. Being a business owner, this was one area of my life I previously neglected, but these guys are the answer! They are around 7 days a week and they have sorted out all check-ups for myself and my business partner. Speak with Priyanka as she is extremely helpful. She knows exactly how to treat her clients and I think this influences the standard of service received from the team. Thank you.
