Very easy to book an appointment. The clinic is very central. The staff is very friendly and the doctors listen what you have to say and give you time to explain the situation that brought you there without rushing. The blood tests were sent on the same date that you took the samples with an email explaining the results.

Zero personality from the doctor. Did not make me feel as though she cared about me at all, was simply an in-out transaction. Did not even ask if there was anything else I wanted to discuss when I was there. Am definitely not going back.

I was seen by a very friendly doctor for a fairly routine matter. That bit was fine, but I later realised I had been charged £12 for basic medication that is available elsewhere for less than £4. I had relied on the assertion on the website that "the cost of medication is tied to the real cost of medication which are generally less per item cost for NHS prescriptions". This certainly wasn't the case for me and I was disappointed by this. I would use them again, but get a prescription and go elsewhere.

It's easy to make an appointment online and be seen within a few days. The doctors are professional and helpful. Take the lift to go straight to the first floor rather than waiting at the reception downstairs.
However, while appointments with the doctors are reasonably priced, any other treatment is expensive. A very simple urea test cost me £200. The doctor recommended I try a cream that he gave me for £15 while saying he wasn't sure if it was easy to find at any pharmacy (I checked later and it was easy to find for £5).

My GP Dr SAMAN Malik best dr i have seen .I went to the Superb Soho square Practice! She was patient and very understanding. Knowledgable, top class. Would highly recommend her.The clinic was pleasant and friend reception staff also. 5 stars definitely.

A really poor service. Advertised as 4-6 hours blood results, instead I had to wait 27 hours and had to chase for my results and was provided confusing information from different people. I was paying for speed of service and they completely failed. I have tried complaining but again a lack accountability and care will mean more time wasted on my part

I CANT STRESS ENOUGH MY ANGER after the visit!!!!!!
I’ve only been there once I will never go again. The doctor was Saman Malik. She’s the worst doctor I’ve ever been to! She gave me (48kg) the maximal doze (500mg) of Amoxicillin to treat my cough. I didn’t have fever, I didn’t have wheezing in the lungs, I only had cough! I was almost dead after 2 capsules! A doctor from Doctor Care Anywhere cancelled this so called treatment and after about 10 hours I felt better. A week later I still feel bad.
Turned out that the dose was huge for my weight and my symptoms.
I don’t even want to say how unfriendly and reserved she was. All my questions weren’t answered properly and I was treated with neglect.

If you can afford I don’t know why anyone would wait the several weeks to see an nhs gp. Booked an appointment 23:00 Thursday, was seen 10:15 Friday... quick examination, prescription and test results back the same day. Couldn’t really ask for more.

Personally, for the price I didn't feel there was any real benefit other than convenience and if you just require a basic GP service with no fuss then this is great. However, website should really stipulate the average costs of things like blood tests as no one would imagine it would be £145. The website implies basic things like a blood test would be covered under the £55 fee.
Great for convenience, though don't expect any extra value for the price.

The doctor was very polite, friendly and helpful. He is worth 5 stars. Hower, there are several reasons I would not go back.
A minor thing is that it's confusing getting in the building when you have an early appointment, having to call the office on your phone to even get in the building.
I was told I needed a £80 blood test and would get uegent results withing 4-6 hours. 11 hours later I chased them up to be told I needed to go back for another blood test the next day due to the clinics own error. Again, didn't get my results until later that night.
For such an expensive service you would expect more professionalism and care

Be wary of the lab work and results provided by the clinic. We used London Doctor’s Clinic over the weekend for a consult for my husband who was suffering from a persistent headache. The GP on call suggested some lab tests, the results of which were so alarming that the GP recommended immediate attention by a A&E on a Sunday night. In turn, based on the lab results, the A&E Doctors were alarmed enough to ask my husband to be admitted into the hospital immediately for overnight risk management as the numbers indicated a high chance of a stroke. We needed up spending a night at Princess Grace hospital, only to be told the next morning that the lab results provided by London Doctors Clinic were GROSSLY ERRONEOUS and there was nothing wrong with my husband except for a mild flu. They had corroborated the lab work twice over and both results confirmed that the lab results from London Doctors Clinic were completely out of whack.
A very very distressing experience, that cost us over 2500£ and much unwarranted stress.

I don't know if the doctor was aware, but he prescribed me an inhaler that was branded. I ended up paying £90. I only went there because it was urgent and I couldn't get a doc appt. I logged a complaint and was promised a response and heard nothing. When you get your prescriptions make SURE it is the generic drugs and NOT branded. I spent over £150 that day ... just to be able to breathe. Cheers for f***ing me up the arse London Doctors Clinic- Qualified practicing, clandestine, slippery drug dealers, in white coats.

Made to feel like a criminal. My partner has epilepsy and has recently moved back to the uk. Had all accurate paperwork from specialist over in New Zealand of what medications he is taking amd the levels he is on currently/previously been on. The doctor made us feel very uncomfortable and was very judgmental and rude towards my partner when he had trouble explaining his medication (has a slur in words due to epilepsy). I left your clinic in tears. He came in to ask for a repeat on medication and register with your clinic. He left feeling like a criminal for asking for more medicine. Not helpful at all and very rude.

in london for vacation, I had an episode of strong dizziness. I was referred to the clinic by the walk-in medical center in Soho. I was visited after a few minutes by Dr. Feisal Motala, who with great experience and care has subjected me to all possible investigations tending to exclude other causes, establishing that it was a disorder of vertigo that depended on the ear, reassuring me on benign outcome, and advising to refer to a specialist, once back home, to carry out an adjustment manipulation. Guess and confirmed diagnosis and treatment. Excellent professionalism.

Good booking system, doctors avaliable same day. Evrething good but more important I was really happy with my doctor - dr Ali. Great, with patience and he diagnosed me correctly as I felt better after 2 days of taking my meds. Receptionist nice and helpfull as well. Highly reccomended. Place clean and well maintained and afyer the refurbishment the reception looks more spacious.

I was a little bit disappointed with the wait time and how late I was seen compared to my appointment time (around 15mins) but, beats the NHS by miles especially as i booked the appointment on the same day.
The doctor (Preethi Dasilva), was knowledgeable, listened and gave detailed advice. I was also impressed by the rapid response to emails and the knowledge concerning the claim process through private health insurance which made my life a lot easier.
Next time I need an appointment, I will definitely return.

Awful and Traumatic experience. The doctor came across as judgemental and clearly had an issue with the fact I was a recovered alcoholic. The medication I asked for to ensure my ongoing sobriety he flatly refused even though I had proof and Doctors letters from my home country that this was approved for my long term use. I was very upset and felt bullied by this doctor. I went to another GP the same day in London and he was sympathetic and wonderful. He had no problem prescribing my medication and will see me for ongoing checkups. Thank you to him for helping all of us who may struggle in this world but do our best to help ourselves to stay well even though we may need help from time to time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LDC find somewhere else. There are plenty of other options. Tracy Spiers
