Fantastic customer service. I had a sight test, contact lens check as well as trial contact lenses free of charge. They were very flexible with appointments. Glasses were 2 for price of 1 and arrived on time. Visited several times and now signed up for their contact lens by post scheme.

Amazing. Phoned today at 11:40, offered appointment at 12:10. Went to appointment taken immediately in for the pre-test review, latest state of the art equipment, photos of eyes explained fully, extremely friendly helpful optometrist. Upstairs for new glasses, good deal on 2 pairs, served by Assistant Manager again really helpful and polite. Best Customer Service I have ever received.

I requested glasses to be sent to this store so I could try them on before purchasing them. I made this request over the phone and was told I would receive a text message when they arrived to the store. It has been over a week and I have not heard from them. I called in today and was told such request was not recorded and that I should reorder them. I am disappointed at the incompetency of the staff for not actioning my request and having to wait this long before I can actually place an order!

The test was very quick and the optician girl was amazing. After the test I was walking around upstairs, because the optician said somone will help me, but no one came to me for about 15-20 min. The guy who came to me constantly tried to rush me to choose my glasses, even though i told him I am waiting for my friend to help me, and he can leave my side he were keep insisiting to choose....

The only thing that let this place down was the service. I was able to get an appointment the same day, but was then kept waiting for about 45 minutes. I know its *that* sort of place but still, 45 minutes. Overall, good, glasses are a good price, but the lenses' are what i came in for and they're still a good price. (£11 for 15 lenses)

Prompt service but there's a slight mixup in my order and I have to return it for corrections. However, I got a fantastic bargain on the buy 2, get 1 free designer frames offer. I substituted my second pair for thin anti-reflecting lenses. Deal was very good and much cheaper than the package I got from Boots zopticians, London wall for the same prescription. Also, they didn't have trendy and 'wow' frames like the Boots ones.

Be very careful I have just spent a pointless 15 minutes waiting to pick up glasses already paid for - a process that would/should have taken 30 seconds. The salespeople are clearly incentivised by commissions - which means they are only interested in selling.

Very impressed with my visit to the London Wall branch of Specsavers. The optician was excellent and ensured that every part of the check-up was carefully explained. The tests are in depth and I found the range of glasses to be very good and reasonably priced.

The staff here were great!! Dad broke his glasses in guys hospital whilst he was there after an op nothing was too much trouble. We rang just before they closed they got the frames ready and put the old lenses in also at a reduced price !!! Thank you

I purchased two new pairs of glasses from the store. Unfortunately one of the pairs had a defect which resulted in the coating peeling off one of the frames. The manager replaced the glasses without charge, and I received the new pair within three days. Very satisfied with the service, and will use them again, as they appear to cope well with any problems that may arise.

Doing something right. Probably the best experience at any Optometrist! Normally from eye test to retail is inconsistent with professional testing to clumsy unhelpful retail assistance. But this store has a good set of staff and trust them with ongoing service.

Bad customer service. Sales orientated branch. Staff genuinely doesn't not care for customers satisfaction. I went specifically to this branch because it had good reviews on google. To be fair I regret that, because staff has been ignorant and not welcoming.The whole experience of being welcomed by someone who is listening to what are you saying and wants to genuinely help and give you the best prescription is missing at this branch. Salima supervisor would just care how to sell products and not about customer care.I personally did not like that and felt under pressure when I was being helped by her.Really disappointing visit.

Terrible experience dealing with rude and incompetent staff. The staff are poorly trained and like children - they all have to go and ask the store manager for answers to questions because they have such poor product knowledge. Waited for almost an hour because the staff here are so inefficient and take so long dealing with each individual customer. If you are looking for the same product, I would advise going round the corner to Specsavers on Bishopsgate (3 min walk), which appears much busier but you don't have to wait very long because the customer service is very good. Turns out Specsavers is a franchise business, and each individual branch is an independent business of its own that just pays to use the Specsavers brand and products. No wonder there is such a large discrepancy in customer service between each branch.

Optometrist somehow messed up my prescription such that I couldn't see with the glasses they gave me. Resulted in a subsequent visit to have a new prescription done. The staff who were supposed to help me choose frames were downright awful. Despite the optometrist explaining that I qualified for VDU glasses, the ground floor staff member decided that she herself had more relevant wisdom than the optometrist and then refused to let me use the voucher provided by my workplace. As if the money off would literally come from her own pocket so seemed insulted that I would try to use the voucher. After having the optometrist clarify a second and third time that it was ok, the level of service I received was shocking. And then all the faff of having to go back a second time for a new prescription and new lenses. A follow up email to management to complain yielded zero response. Would not recommend.

I urgently need a new frame and ordered in store on Monday, the sales lady said it would be ready by Wednesday, and when I phoned them on Wednesday, they said, it will take another 1-2 days. How could a frame delivery takes so long??They promised a day and missed it, and what they can do is keep saying: I am sorry, I cannot speak for the people who placed the order. What kind of customer service is this?!?!
