Unfortunately, on this occasion very disappointing! Two attempts were made to design and make bespoke glasses for me, neither fitted, and both had obvious production quality faults. I’ve learnt that when a problem does arise, it isn’t a priority to resolve promptly. I had to chase the store for updates throughout, and experienced lengthy delays. I was offered a third remake, but declined, in favour of a refund instead, as overall the current bespoke service felt unreliable and too stressful to continue with.

Amazing Service!! I would give 6 stars if I could. Cannot recommend highly enough! Chloe (Assistant Manager) was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. A very happy customer and my new glasses are incredible! I can finally stop wearing my contact lenses all day now that I feel comfortable again wearing my lovely new glasses. A wonderful experience at Tom Davies Covent Garden. Briefly, I foolishly lost my Tom Davies spectacles a few years ago, really missed them and thought I wouldn't be able to get another pair BUT when visiting London recently I visited Tom Davies Covent Garden and to my surprise and delight they were able to re-order a replacement pair. Absolutely fantastic service from everyone but special thanks to Chloe for providing the highest level of service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the highest quality frames coupled with faultless service.

So often you see glasses that you think will be perfect but they just aren’t quite right when you try them on! Problem solved with bespoke frames at Tom Davies! The quality of the product speaks for itself. The staff are all extremely helpful and attentive and the eye examination was the most comprehensive I’ve experienced, including 3D imaging of the retina. Vasiliki, the store manager, is an absolute GEM (goes the extra mile) and rectified all the initial niggles with the fit of my frame. Tom Davies is very fortunate to have her!

I would not hesitate to recommend Tom Davies and, particularly the team in the Covent Garden branch, who have given me First-Class service from the moment I walked across the store threshold, to the receipt of my first pair of Tom Davies Bespoke glasses.
I am delighted with my new glasses, which, thanks to the attentive care of Jilna the Optician and Vasiliki who helped me select the appropriate spectacle frames to fit, I now wear with comfort and satisfaction. I will definitely be returning to use the bespoke service again and I would happily recommend anyone reading this to go and give the Tom Davies service a try.

I had a wonderful experience at the Tom Davies Covent Garden location AND with their follow up afterwards. Everyone was friendly and warm. The team was so thorough and really took the time to find the best frame look for me and then dial it in to perfection. Along the way I received video's of what stage my glasses were at. When they arrived my glasses were beyond perfect! The clarity is the best I have ever had as is the fit and style. I am a customer for life. Thank you Tom Davies!

Perfect. I rarely write over the top reviews (or any reviews) but the service and outcome of my first experience at Tom Davies Covent Garden compelled me to write a review. Bespoke prescription eye wear - just what I wanted, in the shape that I wanted, with the subtlety I wanted. All came together with my glasses delivered to my home in California. Thinking about a second pair with horn. What price perfection?

The staff is really friendly and the consultation was perfect.
Buying glasses here was a great experience and I loved receiving emails of the manufacturing process.

It’s always been a struggle for me to find glasses that would properly fit me. Thanks to the wonderful staff at the Tom Davies Covent Garden store (special thanks to the wonderful Aminat!) and their professional advice I now own a pair of bespoke glasses that are so comfortable I hardly notice that they are there. They are beautifully made and the crystal red colour of the frames is a real eye catcher. Cannot wait to return soon for a pair of sunnies!

I was impressed when Tom Davies allowed my glasses to be custom-made with the right style and size that I was looking for. The service offered by a consultant called Niraj was exemplary!
