Yesterday I bought a JVC headset at the store. The seller signed a paper saying that he gave me a free guarantee. And this morning I went to look at my bank statement and noticed that the purchase price was different. At the store they claimed it was the value of the headset and I was wrong. I went to check where the headphones were and the value was 29.99 as I imagined and the seller claimed that the value was not up to date and took the tag to update. I went back to the cashier and said that I was not wrong and that they did not update the price. I just received a sorry. Be careful when buying anything at this store.

I'm very happy with the customer service here, I think the staff are very friendly and they pay attention to everything, I came in and as soon as I was looking a little bit lost as I was trying to find the drones I had someone coming into me asking me how they can help me, I didn't even have to go to them and ask.

Really friendly and informative. I went to buy a laptop. Didn't get it as they didn't have the stock. Could be down to the whole covid situation but I wanted the guy to try and sell me something else. He didn't which cost the company 6 or 7 hundred quid. So they have most of the equipment they just need to do better at steering the buyer to other products they do have.

It seems increfibly hard to actually purchase anything here. You have to first find the item you want on display and then get a member of staff to go and find whether the product is available. In my case the speaker I requested wasn't available so we had to ho through the process with similar products several times. Then when we found one that wad in stock the lady who was helping me had to physically find which cabinet it was in. Then once this had been confirmed another member of staff with a key had to be found. Then you can join the queue to pay, this process took 40 minutes.

Probably one of the better stores to properly regulate attendance numbers in store in a regimented manner. No geek desk and the back of the store is always under dim lights with zero staff behind those plexi covers gives the air of emptiness and feeling of dread and impending apocalyptic doom

I went there to buy a new laptop and sort out a phone i bought the day before. There are VERY FEW staff and we had to wait for ages yo be served, the first two members of staff were just plain rude, but we found a guy called MAYHUL and he was so helpful a credit to the company.

Incredible service went to buy laptop and Rabia could not have been more helpful or patient.She took time to explain /answer any questions I had.It was a great shopping experience.Also helped that day by Sameena who was also very helpful.The whole shopping experience was a pleasure.Both members of staff deserve to be acknowledged.

This place is the most pathetic display of customer service. Promised call backs that never came, unhelpful call centre when trying to follow up on an order that is already paid for, staff in the shop standing around unwilling to help, no education to the customer on what is required to pick up a paid for item... Do not waste your time people.

I don't know why I ever go to Curry's. They never have anything I need. They do occasionally have stuff that I want, but at 10x the price of other places. I occasionally feel obliged to buy some rubbish from there just to support the idea of physical shops, but if the main selling point is being able to actually speak to an assistant then my support is misplaced. Trying to pin down an assistant to speak with is akin to trying to plait a bucking mule's tail. These people are slippier than soap on an ice rink. Their uniform must consist of a shirt and trousers soaked in lubricant. Next time I go, I'm taking a Kenyan tracker and Zimbabwe's best rhino poacher to help me find and catch one.

Went in to have a look at sport headphone. The store was very tidy considered the busy time of the year. I was assisted by Saimun (I hope I've got his name right), a young man that was at the till just by the headphone section. I must say Saimun has been incredibly polite, very helpful and with good knowledge of what I was looking for. I've ended up buying a pair of headphones, I haven't tried them yet, but overall I'm happy with the experience at the store.

We checked online if the laptop we wanted was available in the shop. We came to the shop, checked the price, asked the shop assistant and the laptop was £299 and in stock. We went to the tilt and the manager of the shop Shabbar (or similar name) started offering us warranty. We said we don't want one but he insisted. After a several No he then dropped it and said that since it's the last item left they need to charge us another £60 for a backup. We said we didn't want that, so he said he can't sell it to us. We asked why does it say it's in stock for £299 if they sell it for £359? But he kept on insisting that the price is correct and if we want it without the backup we need to wait a few hours for them to difragment it. Then what's the point in showing it online? We waisted 2 hours coming to the shop and paying money for the parking. Would not recommended.

I am just coming from this curry’s and there is a black tall man that works there ( I think he is one of the managers) and he was very very rude to me. He didn’t even allow me to explain my situation, he started accusing me of stealing and was screaming and hollering at me. I got very angry and upset, I ended up crying in the shop and one off the other worker stepped in and was able to help me out. This man don’t need to work in customers service at all. He doesn’t know how to approach customers better yet try to help them out. I’m not a very happy customer and I won’t be going back to again!!!!

Lots of label and stock problems. Wrong items in the wrong places. Labels not up to date. Picked up, went to buy and suddenly it was £40 more. When challenged all I got was a shrug and a "sorry mate". Be aware of incorrect prices and stock, you might get a surprise. Needless to say I walked out...

This place sells almost any electrical component I was looking for. When I went there I saw Bluetooth speaker to wireless mouce. Phones, PCs, storage devices, headphones, airbuds, airpods, iphones, ipads, macbooks etc. Since electronic thing like phones and tablets are generally on the expensive side the prices are a little high but only for obvious purchases. Ever thing else is fairly reasonable and product work great out of the box. Would recomend if you are in the arwa and just want to stop by to pick up something. Would not recomend for person who live far away. Simply just search for one in you area because it isnt THAT SPECIAL. Thankyou

Store is very nice, clean and well set out, staff are friendly and happy to help although some seemed as if they where a little lost. Was disappointed with the TV section, I feel it needs an update or the settings on the TVs to be changed as they quite discoloured compared to those in other shops. Staff said it was due to the style of TVs however to a trained eye you can tell the screens are worn out especially when looking at the difference between a new TV just put on display and an older ome. Would recommend looking at different shops to view the TV quality and then coming back to make a purchase.
