Very unpleasant visit, screens behind the tills are terrible for photosensitive customers but even worse when they're flickering! A migraine was quickly triggered by the ordeal and I wasn't even in the shop for longer than 5 minutes... please make your shops more inclusive.

My daughter was using a gift card towards purchasing a washing machine. She's very pregnant. They brought her a chair do she's was comfortable throughout the process. Products well laid out with space to browse, read information, ask questions. Entry level to digital for TVs or phones. Not a problem. Selection is assisted by knowledgeable staff. On a budget, you'll be treated the same as a person continually upgrading. Store not too bright or overwhelming. Only criticism was no seats for non pregnant people amongst the displays for elderly or disabled.

None of the staff in this store know what they're doing. If you ask a question they have to find out the answer from someone else. Even the manager had to ask one of the employees for help to issue my refund which didn't end up going through so now I have to go to a different store to get my refund. They try to rip you off and don't explain what you're actually buying! Customer service is terrible, avoid this store if you can.

I was with my wife to order a mixer from Currys PC World Westfield White City London, the service was Excellent, I was served by Customer Assistant Mr Ismail he was great, polite, helpful, I wish every customer service assistant like his level of service, well done Currys PC World Westfield white city london, well don Mr Ismail :)

Good variety of products, with some very friendly and helpful staff members.
However the 2 stars is for the poor prices. I went in to buy a Microsoft Surface Laptop 2 (256gb, i7, 8gb RAM). The price was listed at £1529. I was a little confused as I had seen the exact one (same spec) on Amazon for £1379. Obviously, this is the one I ordered in the end, and it arrived the next day. I don't understand how they can charge £150 above such a large competitor.

Saw the free computer diagnose offer they have. I went to the store. Their diagnose "It's broken. You need to pay £60 to know how to fix it". I showed them the offer online and asked to talk to the manager. He offered to reimburse me if I don't want it to be fixed, once we know if we need to change some parts. I found it fair and told him if he can put it in writing I am ok with it. He said he couldn't.
I went to a big brand store for security, obviously you cannot trust them.

Couldn't believe my luck ,washer broke morning of shopping trip to Westfield ,no hope of getting it fixed . Popped into Curry's Westfield ,bought another delivered and fixed the next day , the service was second to none, Such a relief ,as I was going on holiday four days later . Well-done Curry's.

We brought our laptop to be seen by the tech team because of problems, unfortunately we had to go to another store because there wasn't any team or members to help us, while we had all the documentation and receipts for the purchase. We have been asked to go to another store because the technical team usually comes after two oc clock, which wasn't pointed out in the on line site. Before you go or visit for any problem with your purchase give them a call to be sure if they can assist you.

If you are lucky enough to be served by the time you waste away then you've already accomplished more than most. I was juggled from one staff member to the next over the course of an hour, each whispering in each others ears as they "assisted" me in swapping my faulty laptop which I had owned for 5 days. The manager Carlos accused me of lying about the price a staff member had said I could exchange for, I heard the member of staff claim "it's not my fault I didn't know the original price" yet no apology came my way instead just a tyrant style rant and abusive tone from the store manager...I wouldn't spend another 5 minutes in this store even if it would end world hunger, by far the worst customer experience of my life and I worked in Brixton Argos for 3 years, this store is a joke.

Outstanding customer service! Had an issue with my gift vouchers. Carlos, the manager, spent ~20 mins with me, but have managed to resolve the issue! So grateful! Have NEVER EVER met a store manager before who would care about its customers that much.
