Utterly and horrendously time wasteful. The services were delayed even if you have an appointment. The queue was awful even with bookings. They made us wait more than the agreed time for picking up my phone. If you want to waste your time go to this apple store.

Staff at the genius bar is good but the reception staff is quite rude. They are breaking the rule and sending people inside store while people in queue may have earlier appointments. This is because staff does not go all the way to back to call for names.
