Basim and his colleagues at GVC are honest and helpful. They didn’t think it was worth me fixing a laptop and told me so, charging me very little for looking. He cleaned two laptops and set them up for my children very quickly. I recommend these guys!

When my laptop stopped working I felt this is the end of the world imagining the hustle & the cost I’ll have to go through to fix it in London. Luckily, I found GVC just across my street Gamal diagnosed the issue from the first look and fixed it in less than 48 hours including ordering the parts. This is like an emergency room for you technical issues highly recommended.

I can't thank Bas and Gamal enough. They sorted my laptop out after I was hacked. They are very knowledgeable and patiently explained to me what was needed to be done. I approached this company in February 2019 after a call describing the issues I was having with my computer.. Needless to say, after dropping off my computer, they went above and beyond by not only fitting it with a new hd ssd and power supply, but upgrade my windows operating system as well. The only mistake I made is forgetting to tell them to save my Mozilla Firefox bookmarks I had saved over the years.
Sorry I took so long to rate your excellent service but I've finally kept to my promise.

I tried Apple initially to get the screen fixed on my 2017 Macbook Pro. It took me 2 weeks to get an appointment with the Genius Bar. After waiting for 20 minutes past my appointment time, I finally met an Apple "genius" who took 15 minutes to explain to me it would have to be sent away, cost at least £400 plus the cost of parts which could run into another £400, oh and I would lose my work laptop for at least a week. Not happening!
Then I found GVC....
I called in at around 11am on a Saturday morning, Bassem took less than 5 minutes to tell me what the issue almost certainly was, and give me a good idea of the final price, with a £50 minimum fee. I left my laptop...
By 7:30pm that evening, the Macbook was sitting back on my desk at home, with a brand new (2nd hand) screen, working as if nothing had happened.
I can't recommend these guys enough, and will be using them for all my out-of-warrenty Apple products, and won't even bother with the so called "genius bar" next time. There is just no point when these guys can make this happen.

I called up and explained my MAC had been dropped and brought it in. They immediately knew the MAC was fine datawise, but that the screen needed to be replaced. They had the spare screen in stock and I was able to collect my MAC within and hour. Nice guys. Happy to recommend.

I wish I could recommend GVC even more. I work as a software contractor and my laptop is my livelihood. Apple quoted me two weeks without my machine and a price 5 times higher. GVC did the work overnight and had my machine ready next morning on a Saturday. I am so impressed with the service and quality offered here and have used them several times. Highly highly recommended!!

This really is like an emergency room for your technical issues.
I spilt tea over my MacBook Pro and it was not working anymore.

Fast, affordable, and quality service! I brought my laptop in with pretty significant water damage, hoping they could help me get it back to at least somewhat functioning order. They were super helpful, listened to all my concerns questions, and gave me options. I just wanted it to be functional not pretty, and they gave me options as to which parts they could fix and for how much, which was so much more helpful than the guy at the apple store. What would have been a £500+ fix at the apple store was £120 here, and the turn around time was 3 days instead of 15+. Overall a great experience here!

Absolute scammers, please stay away from these guys, currently taking legal action against them and getting trading standards involved. Had a screen replaced by them only for the screen to have light bleeding from the LCD, they took it back reluctantly after initially claiming they did not offer a 6 month warranty and I showed them the texts from the day I brought it in stating such. They replaced the screen, and the new one is even worse, with dead pixels, light leaking from every edge of the screen. Dealing with these guys has been a nightmare. They have refused to do anything regarding the matter. I don't want anyone else to go through what im having to go through right now so please just avoid these absolute thieves!

Incredible customer service, very knowledgeable and honest staff.
My Macbook had liquid damage, and they made it work again despite the fact that I did all the wrong moves, such as plugging it in and trying to turn it back on repeatedly.
I was updated on the progress on the laptop, price and was given extra advice, I couldn't recommend this place enough.
