Fixed my Mac that an Apple tech couldn't which they made worse. Great service, fixed my 7year old Mac hard drive in 3hrs! Was able to have my Mac up and running the same day and they were able to retrieve all my files!! Mac is faster than ever and the price is very reasonable for the service I received. Highly recommended and will definitely go back and refer to friends

Gamal rescued the data on a destroyed hard drive which he replaced with a solid state version that is much better. Came to the rescue again when some software incompatibility was stopping the sound from working. He updated the security and got it all running properly again quickly and efficiently while I waited. Very happy with service

Dell Laptop XPS 15 9530 less than 2 years old would not power on.
Sent to Dell and paid for a diagnostic. I was told that the Motherboard was faulty but that they could not carry out the repair because the Motherboard model was not in stock. They suggested I try to buy one from the internet!!! Or that they will give me a 15% discount on a new laptop!!! This is utterly disgraceful as the laptop had cost me over £1,600 less than 2 years ago and I was facing the prospect of having to discard it.
Sent it to GVC and the Motherboard was repaired in less than 2 days.
Dell, supposedly the largest computer company in the world versus a local conscientious and efficient company. This makes you question everything.

I am so happy with these guys! I got water on my MacBook Pro and it stopped working. The Apple store said I needed a new keyboard and logic board and it would cost £600. I was recommended to try GVC and I'm glad I did! They first said they'd do a treatment to remove water from all parts for £90, but then called me to say that when they had started to do this, it was clear it was only the keyboard that was damaged and that they could just replace that for a total cost to me of only £120. The service was also extremely quick and they are open till late - and friendly. I'd thoroughly recommend them. Thank you GVC!

Excellent service, Great prices. I had water spill on macbook pro, called them immediately after googling. They told exactly what to do (i.e. put the laptop upside down and do not turn it on) and their advice saved my laptop. I took it in the next morning to be dried and cleaned. Was able to collect it the same day! I would highly recommend to anyone who has a mac emergency!

Two days before my essay deadlines my pc gave me a BSOD that I couldn't recover from myself and I hadn't backed up my work! Called up Peter late night at almost 11pm and he was very helpful, next morning I was in store and Gamal spent all day working in it to return to me a fully functioning laptop with my data successfully recovered, reasonable price too! The screen of my laptop was cracked and after reading a good reviews here I went to GVC to seek for a help, Bassem was very helpful and changed the screen straight away for a very good price. Unfortunately,the Windows went down after this, I don't know the reason why as I'm not an expert in these things and I was quite shocked that this happened as it was working perfectly fine before , anyway-Bassem was very helpful again and fixed it in a very short time,he contacted me about it throughout the day which made me less stressed about the whole situation.Highly recomend for a quick, reliable service. Googled closest place to where I live, GVC came up and very happy it did. Took my computer and had no idea what was wrong and Gamal diagnosed it within 15 mins. Hard drive needed to be replaced and he carried out the repair the same day. Took laptop in at 12 lunchtime and picked it up at 7pm the same day and laptop now working like a dream! So happy and grateful!

My very old MacBook, full of important coursework and yearsssss worth of memories in pictures, stopped working on tuesday. In a panic i went to GVC in the computer market, just because it was the first place I saw.
