DO NOT GO HERE!! This is a scam business. I have been in 4 times over the last 3 days to get a quote on a broken console. They took the console for 2 hours... I called after 7 to find out it was 2 hours away and the cost will be £100 for a new HDMI port, £75 for a PS4 standard. Mine is standard, I was told later its £100 or nothing. Given I had no console, no contract and no paper trail, I had to pay. I got the PS4 back and it still didn't work. I took it back and they offered to sell me a new HDMI cable... meaning it always worked. Not only that, the game in the PS4 was taken out and only after complaining did I get it back the next day. When I asked them whos fault this was, I was told with a smile - 'it isnt ours..' When I asked for a new HDMI cable, they offered an old used one for £15, I queried this and the man signed, got a brand new one off the shelf and said £10.
A girl came in while I was waiting one day to sell her old phone- the double act behind the desk, spoke to one another in another language before finally engaging the girl and getting her to name her price. They then proceeded to list the problems with the phone that cannot be seen by the naked eye: battery life corrupted, insensitive screen and offered her £20 for the iphone. No apologies to anyone. I don't know how this place makes its money but it is not in repairing electronics that is for sure.

I went for the first time today to Gadget Xchange with a broken iphone screen. Yash was super helpful and very friendly. I now have a nice new screen and all done in just a couple of hours. Would certainly recommend!

My iphone 11 was smashed up badly from the bottom. They gave me the best price and beat all competitions by at least £100! And the equipment used is very good, they also fixed it the same day! Been going to these guys for 3 years now best in Putney!

I got my phone screen replaced here yesterday. The screen is the best replacement I’ve ever had. Very good quality parts and good price. Definitely recommended. And excellent customer service from Sam. Very nice and very professional. And Yash repaired my phone perfectly. The work is good and quick. Bought a tripod for my iPod too and it’s great. Thank you!

Great customer service!! Couldn't recommend enough. I needed to get both of my old iPhone's passcodes unlocked as my sister accidentally broke her phone and needed one of mine. Sam managed to do both of my phones in under half a day!! I've been here before and will definitely come back again!

Sam & Yash have been great in helping me get genuine apple products at my door step! Recently I lost my apple earphones and broke my wife's apple charging lightening cable, so I purchased a new pair from Gadget Exchange and everything is working perfectly! both me and wife are happy!

I cracked my Samsung Android screen. The worker I gave the phone to gave me a call a day later. Saying he needs extra money to get the screen fixed. Going from 60 to 90 pounds. I agreed as I just wanted my phone fixed as soon as possible. Coming into the store two days later from the phone call. I was given a phone with a tinted blue screen, and a slight beam of light shining out of the side of the screen, as it was not put on properly. When I brought this up the guy was rude and blunt. I paid for my phone and left the place unhappy with the terrible repair job they done on my phone. The place is sketchy and unprofessional. Would not at all to anyone.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in retail. They are dishonest and the customer service could not be worse. I had a 1 and a 1/2 year old iPhone, that had a cracked, but was still working. I took it there to be fixed. They explained that their screens were just as good as an Apple screen. I purchased one (£180 I think) which they fitted, two days later it stopped working, I couldn’t even get into my phone. I took it back to them and they said there was a small crack, but I had never dropped it. They repaired the next screen for £120 (I think) this one lasted about two days. They then replaced this as I was furious, which in all fairness they did for free, using a different supplier It has worked for a few weeks, however it has just been rained on and now has gone purple. This would never happen with an Apple screen. I would never suggest that someone should use this shop. Just a terrible experience.

Tried to get screen fixed. Ended up being handed back a screen not on properly. And the screen got darker a week later. Went back to the shop and they asked for more money for them to look at it. Left a very dissatisfied customer..........

I am more and more impressed by these guys every time I go in! I always use them for iPhone screen replacements as they are quick, well-priced and trustworthy. I can leave my phone for an hour and when I come back it's good as new. I went in today with a new projector I bough (from somewhere else) and my laptop very confused about how to get it to work. Sam was so helpful - nothing was too much trouble. He let me set up my computer and projector on the desk and then helped me connect the two and even went and got a roll of white paper so I could see how well the picture on the projector was displaying. I cannot praise them enough. Their customer service is absolutely brilliant and I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you

Excellent customer service in the store. I booked my phone in for a repair using their online system. However, when I arrived at the store I was told there had been a fault with their system and that the part for my phone was already reserved for other customers.
The guy who served me (apologies I can't remember his name) didn't just tell me there was nothing he could do. He rang every store that had the part on their system and arranged for that part to be delivered to this store so that he could replace one of the other reservations. I didn't have to re arrange my appointment or that there wasn't anything they could do. I was especially grateful as I had taken the day off work to get this done. Perfect repair as well. Highly recommended

I have had not one but two terrible experiences with this shop! Completely regret giving them a second chance after the first time. I recently brought a mobile from them that failed within two months of purchasing! The customer service in response to this has been unbelievably bad, as a result I have had to buy another from another highly recommended seller.

After an unfortunate walk in the rain my phone would no longer turn on. A visit to Apple told me that they might as well take it off my hands and that I should buy one of their new £700 phones. Decided to see if Gadgetxchange could do anything. A day later my phone is as good as new and all I had to spend was £60. Cannot express what a great experience this was.

These guys were great and great service. They didn't have the parts needed for my phone but I provided them with an identical phone from my partner (who doesn't use it anymore) and these guys were able to take parts out of that phone and put into my broken phone. Cheers again guys for sorting that out for me.

Quick repair. They did not have coral blue in stock for my s7 edge but offered to recolour the phone at no extra cost when it would normally cost an extra 60 pounds! Very happy with the way it looks. Hopefully you won't have to get your phone repaired but if you do then go to Gadgetxchange.

Went there to replace my broken camera glass, back glass and old battery. Everything couldn't go more wrong!
Starting with the camera glass that was not glued when they gave me the phone, 2 weeks after the repair my phone stops charging. They agree to replace the battery and the phone was charging again, but I found the screen broken! After insisting I would not give them any more money (since my screen was fine before), they replace the screen for free. The phone seems fine so I take it home.
Now, it still does not charge and I cannot hear any sound for incoming calls!!! Obviously they take no responsibility for it - they say its not a battery issue and that I cannot prove the sound problem was caused by them. Even the new screen seems not properly glued and coming off already!!
TOTAL RIPOFF!! UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSKILLED!!

After bring quoted 250 to fix charging port by Samsung directly I tried out ismash. They were able to advise that the port was just full of fluff and bits and cleaned it out for me free of charge. Phone works like new now. Thanks Emma and Ionut for your help

One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered in a shop in the Wandsworth borough! Brought a second hand phone from these two con men for more than £100. Within 3weeks the screen started to go dark, by the time I tried to return the phone it was past 4weeks although they had given me a warranty for 1yr they point blank refused to even look at the phone unless I paid another £35.!! They were rude and and extremely unprofessional in the way they handled this matter so much so that I have also reported this shop to the Wandsworth trading Standards unit!! DO not buy anything second hand electrical from this shop, it is very likely to be already faulty!!!!
