Competitive pricing for phone repair with friendly staff. Unfortunately phone repair took a day longer than expected and I wasn't contacted (despite leaving contact details). Products are reasonably priced and you can ask for advice from the friendly staff to find what you want/need.

I went in with an Iphone screen that was severely smashed - I had collected quotes from other places like ismash and considered just buying a new phone as they were quite expensive. Went into Gadget Xchange on the off chance and the price was incredibly competitive! The staff were really helpful and friendly and my phone was fixed in no time - Thank you!

I had a phone screen replaced here and the screen wasn’t attached properly to the phone, it cracked in my pocket when I sat down. I was promised there was a 3 month warranty so I held onto the receipt. When I returned I was given about 4 excuses - one of which is our warranty is only a month now, while others included “the phone still works so it’s not our problem” and “we’re human, these kind of things happen”. They were then pushy for me to replace it again, saying they could give me a discount - clearly feeling some level of remorse having done a hatchet job the first time round.
I only chose it due to the promise of the warranty which it seems they don’t fulfil.

This shop is terrible, I pay 220£ for fixing my iPhone X screen, and the screen become black screen with no reason after one week only, and I return to the store to ask for help, the staff need me pay extra 200 for repairing it. This shop is so terrible, there’s no way to coming back.

Horrific customer service. Price for a iPhone accessory was not as advertised. Realised I didn't need it shortly afterwards and asked for a refund which was met with a shaking head and silence. I will take great pleasure in never walking into this shop ever again!

Awful customer service!! Bought a Samsung Galaxy Ace for £50 I asked about internal storage and if there is anything wrong with the phone can I take it back?" Did not get a reasonable answer about internal storage and they said "oh there won't be anything wrong with it" which implied to me they didn't want me to bring it back under any circumstances. Got it home tried to download Google Store to find out it's not compatible also switched itself off at least 3 times. Took it back the next day and told them it's not the phone I'm looking for my partner needed a replacement screen for his old mobile and they agreed to accept the £50 we had already paid and pay the extra of no more than £20 and would be ready the next evening my partner went down the morning after to be told they had the wrong part as they didn't know the make of the phone my partner showed them on their system what model it is they ordered the part and told him it would be ready two days later. My partner called them this morning they told him he has to pay £45 I spoke to them to enquire why when we were told it would be no more than £20 originally they tried to imply I had broken the phone I had taken back previously but it was working perfectly fine it just didn't do what I wanted it to do. My partner went to pick his phone up and gave them receipt from the other day and he said "oh that receipts not good enough you've got to pay the whole £95 so they were getting £95 and expected another £50 to cover the cost of the wrong part that they had ordered, not our fault they made the mistake, my partner threatened them with the police then they soon changed their tune. Never ever stepping foot in their shop again. And last but not least the sim card tray was missing when my partner picked up his phone, when I had my screen replaced elsewhere I only paid £30. Absolute disgrace

Awe-full customer service, they repaired my iphone 6 screen and gave me the phone back in a worse state! the sensors no longer work, the speaker sounds awefull and the the phone gets really hot while the battery lasts a few hours only. this all occurred since they replaced my screens. The workers refused to accept responsibility and told me prove it and that they dont care, call trading standards ....STAY AWAY !!!

Absolutely pathetic experience.
Went there to replace my broken iPhone screen, and they ruined my iPhone instead, now my home button is not working, head phone port is not working and off course my touch screen also not working . And they will not take any responsibility!!
Please don't go there.
I am making a complain against them in ombudsman.
