Not all the staff have good customer service! It took 3 trips in order for my issue with my faulty fridge to be dealt with. (Food in the fridge started freezing)???????? Some staff were just standing around doing nothing. They were more happy to assist with purchases, than faults or returns. I was given 3 different information over the 3 days, then once I had informed them it was purchased online I was told I need to speak to them online.????????‍♀️ I was then dumped in the corner on the phone to speak to the customer service team. Who then said I could of sorted the issue out in store ????????‍♀️???????? (after waiting on hold for 20 minutes!!!). I WAS NOT IMPRESSED... Issue finally resolved once I asked to speak to Douglas the manager, next tome I’ll do that ...if there’s ever a next time. Such a shame because I normally shop here but this store really annoyed me. I’ve given 3✨as 2 extra days could of been avoided.

Service was brilliant! I’d been mucked about by the telephone customer service and given wrong details by someone who refused to take any responsibility for my query, but the guy at the Colliers Wood branch spotted my frustration and went above and beyond to sort matters out. Exemplary service, especially considering he didn’t take my frustrated tone personally, as some can quite easily do. Full marks!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst service I ever had. Came 2 times for financing a phone while.my finance plan is already approved and they are asking me to pay upfront the full cost of the phone and whenever the phone is back in stock they will refund me the money and start with the finance. Worst part is that they called me in the morning saying I should come to the shop in order to organise the finance. Feeling thse staff has no clue about what they are doing. Now leaving the shop for third time without any phone. Not coming back

Buying a new hoover was fine ,staff were good ,but since giving currys my mobile number ,i have had nothing but scam calls to my mobile ,8 calls about my internets going to be cut off, currys is the only people i have given my mobile too in the last couple of months ,so very disappointed that they must pass your number on ,

The staff were excellent very polite and dealt with my queries very professionally, I can also add that the lady dealing with a very irate person on the phone was an exemplar of customer service as I could hear him shouting down the phone at her, she was trying her best to explain the situation with him not listening. I found the store to be very welcoming

Can’t praise the staff at this branch of Carphone Warehouse any higher. If I could give more stars than 5, I would. James the manager very quickly identified our needs and came up with a great deal for our mobile phone needs as a family. Polite, courteous, efficient, would highly recommend anyone looking for a mobile phone to speak to these guys.

I bought a laptop and two software on black Friday on line , you guys charged me for it and because your website crashed cancelled my order and it take over 20 days to refund the money , when I called your customer service they gave me a reference number and said I can buy a sales products on same price after I get money refunded and all I need to do is to go to curry’s store and they will fix the price and can buy the products. Today went to your Colliers Wood store and was told they can not amend the price and it’s £300 more expensive to buy the package, you take my money and cancelled my order and refund it after 20 days and made me lose the chance to buy it from different place for reduce price , extremely poor customer service , this is a joke how you deal with your customers

When we finally got some assistance, the guy who helped us was great. Before that, we waited ages and kept getting passed up by one of the employees after he knew we had been waiting a while and said he would get to us next. We were very happy with the man who helped us (he was from the computer section but helped us with the TVs).

2 and a half hours wasted, on something I tried to click and collect. In stock at New Malden but won't allow me to collect from there, sent to collier wood branch via email. Only to arrive there and told there no stock, waited an hour in the freezing cold to get a refund

Worst customer service and very rude customer agents in Collier’s wood Currys pc world The customer service agents are very lazy and rude. They manipulate the customers mind and shoving with the worst deals to the customers. They are unreliable, I would not recommend this particular Currys/car phone warehouse in Collier’s wood. 2 or 3 people are doing the job well, but especially in carphone warehouse their customer service agents are worst. I don’t know why they are getting paid because if I asks for one product, they are trying to sell me the different products. The guy was winking at his colleague when I ask for a product, and his colleague saying ‘no’. They are very lazy to even check the stock they have.

As per current Coronavirus protocols waited in line to enter. Was approached by a store employee to check the reason for my visit, I advised of the specific product I was looking for, which they confirmed was in stock. Waited in the line patiently for 20 minutes and was then allowed to enter the store, I was advised to wait in a specific area and that someone would be with me. Waited again for 20 minutes, then I approached the original store employee who told me to wait a bit longer. Continued waiting to no avail, so approached one of the employees in store. They checked for the item and I was told they did not have it in stock nor did any other nearby store but they could have it delivered to store for tomorrow. I explained what had happened to that point and they suggested delivering it to my home for the following day - not ideal as I had made the trip, wasted time etc. But thought at least I'll get what I need. Was then told I'd have to pay for the delivery, I reiterated what I had been through to that point and was basically told tough. Not a great experience, I left, did not purchase anything and went to another store where I paid a little extra but got the service my custom deserves. They want your money, not your custom and it shows in the way they treat those who they have wronged.

Terrible - went to thiis store to buy a MacBook Pro, customer service advisor walked me though the best laptop for me only to tell me there were none in stock, I asked when they were coming he said should be able to get delivered next day, after wasting my time doing stock checks he can back to to say would take 5 working days, when I said I will check somewhere else he said no one has them, even Apple have sold out, I went Apple the same day and purchased one, so he lied. I then returned to buy a chrome book for my kids, same situation none in stock, even the ones in the website are out of stock really don’t get that. Save your time go elsewhere

Pretty big Currys in the hearts of Colliers Wood. Almost everything is available in terms of electornics. Specially Laptop, TV's, Printers, Mobiles including all essential home items. Next to it is Aldi, so shopper can grab groceries as well. Placewise it is in amazing location.

Very bad service It is difficult to find someone for help if you have questions about something For example:today only one member of the team was working on the till. 30 min we waited on the queue (just couple of people on the queue ) Yes of course if you have luck and someone's coming to and ask you "what can I help you " they are always smiling and kind. I paid £149 for wireless Bluetooth speaker yesterday to deliver it at my home address today and paid £5 for that. I waited the whole day and got no delivery, no reference number by text mesg or e mail. Such a big hassle. I called them it took 1 hour 5 minutes to talk to them. Such a cheap customer service. Cheaters! I don’t think they would refund my money. I found the same Bluetooth speaker on ao for £129 AND THEY CHARGED £149 and £5 for the delivery. Photo is attached!

Superb Sony Oled TV second purchase from this store. TV picture quality is superb and sound quality is just perfect. Macbook pro is absolutely perfect what I was looking for in terms of speed multitasking and weight. Does not look bad either. Delivery on time and helpful handler. Thanks PC

This is a large Curry's store, was a bit crowded when I went. Staff is helpful but very busy in trying to manage all customer requests, so you'd need to wait for a while before you find someone to help you, if you need it.

Absolutely shocking service. The staff are incompetent, leadership or management nowhere to be seen. Had to wait 30 mins to make a simple purchase. All customers were unhappy. Never shopping here again. Stay away it’s truly terrible.
