SCAM!!! DO NOT USE. They sell apple replica accessories for full price. Purchased a charger plug with cable for iPhone 12 Pro Max for £35. Apple logo on the box etc. Asked the guy 3 times if it’s genuine. Go home and it broke within 2 days. Got checked by apple and they confirmed it is in fact a replica! Went back to the shop and they said they cannot help due to COVID restrictions even though I bought it during COVID restrictions! Crooks.

I bought a screen protector from them for 15 pounds fitted, but minutes after the screen appeared to come up at the edges and fill with air and when I took it back to them to see if there was anything they could do the response I got was why should I invest in your phone. Can't believe it. Plus when I was there I noticed they would over charge as everyone who didn't go ahead with the price they offered was offered a discount. So if you do go there don't accept the first price as they will go lower one guy they went down in price twice.

I went to iTech to get my iPad screen fixed. There were numerous problems associated with the iPad mini 2. The people there fixed the problems with no extra charges and were also extremely friendly. If your device needs fixing i strongly recommend iTech :)

I had an issue with a new phone where the SIM contacts hadn't been imported properly and the lovely staff at iTech sorted it out in no time! Very friendly people, highly recommend them if you need your phone fixed!
