Very helpful and patient staff. I hope they did not think I was a nuisance as I was back and forth at least 3 times that a.m trying to get right lock instructions. In the end, I got the help. Lock still not heavy enough, but they had patience with me.

helpful with selecting product but then would not return it few days later when it did not fit because of receipt. The shop knows its products and it was a hand written receipt so they must have a carbon copy of it. It is not necessary to hide behind "where is the receipt?"

Really useful shop.
Very good for ironmongery, fittings and other useful stuff around the house.
Buy quite a few fittings and stuff for our house, and my wife goes there and gets a lot of good advice and help.
So the staff are very good and there to help you get the right bits.
Lucky to have this shop fairly local to us.
Recommended.
