I bought a new system from Swiss Cottage. I didnt travel in town because of the recent events so I ordered. Dori at Sevenoaks was very friendly, helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer my extensive questions and their information service and delivery was first class. Its a good outlet that sells decent equipment so you have much choice. A shop to highly recommend if you want quality equipment but do not wish to travel in current circumstances. Well done.

Oli was incredibly helpful over the phone and on email at answering our endless questions! He was extremely knowledgeable and understood exactly what we needed straight away. He was very communicative about when the items would be delivered and kept us fully updated. He was also a huge help over the phone when setting up our new turntable, amp and speakers. We would 100% recommend Oli and this branch of Sevenoaks.

Sevenoaks Sound & Vision have been great. We bought our projector, screen and multiple speakers and they have always been very responsive with any email or phone queries. Oli is great with very hands on support and even did an online tutorial during lockdown when we had questions. Recommended and thanks Oli.

The staff at seven oaks swiss cottage couldnt have been more helpful. As a relatively novice to audio equipment they took me through all the options in an easily understandable way. They setup multiple demos for me in their soundproof room so that i was really comfortable with what i was buying. couldnt recommend them highly enough.

Sevenoaks Sound & Vision (which is not only in Sevenoaks but has branches everywhere) was recommended to me by a work colleague. I rang them stated my needs, made an appt, they set everything up beforehand and I came in and tried my own CDs, they were very accommodating in changing the speakers a few times.
When I made the purchase they delivered in a very quick and timely way. The staff were very helpful and professional. Highly Recommended.

I have found the staff at the Swiss Cottage branch very helpful and polite. I have made several purchases, each time receiving excellent customer service. They take the time to offer advice, and their product knowledge very good. I have been offered to audition hi fi at my home, and have never been given the hard sell. The audition room is nice and comfortable, so you can take time and find what sounds great to you.

Great store great service I only went in to look at a pair of speakers to upgrade to in the future
They let me listen with no pressure and although I did not buy them there I did purchase them at a sister store.
I went back and talked through other options and to date have bought an Audiolab 6000A which is fantastic and the CD Transport that is in the same range fantastic pieces of kit.
The service is so good that I am writing this review whilst listening to a Project Carbon which will be the last part of my system for a while.
If I could give six stars I would !!!!!
This was the Swiss Cottage branch can’t comment about the others but why go elsewhere.

Great hifi equipment and great service. Was looking for a particular product and the staff arranged for a loan to be sent to the shop, it arrived within 24hrs and a day later i was in to test it out. They also arranged for me to take the equipment home for a day so i could listen to it as part of my own setup. Above all, in addition to the advice, i was left to make my without any pressure. Bought before and will buy again!

It is very rare to receive this level of service in any industry now. DOri is a consumate professional. He didn't try to upsell the tv I was originally looking at but simply told me what was most appropriate for my application. I was allowed to listen to different setups that mimicked my living toom to enable me to choose the right equipment. After setting everything up Dori came over and verified/tweaked the settings to get the best from the system. I would always buy my home cinema equipment from here. The price is competitive and they also offer finance options.

Bought a REL S3 SHO subwoofer from Sevenoaks Swiss Cottage and it's a brilliant addition to my system, I only wish I'd bought it sooner. Do yourself a favour and get a home dem to see what it can do for you if you think you're lacking something, you can't lose. Great service from everyone at the shop, thanks!

taking a step into the world of quality hi-fi -audio vision. should be carefully considered, ,to achieve the best return for your investment...I would strongly recommend that that first step would be going into a business such as swiss cottage, conveniently located near public transport, with an ample audition room and above all staff that will spend time and have the knowledge and experience to understand your needs and budget.
buying products from an established dealer usually pays dividends in the long term,. .remember, there are generally no returns on lots of electrical classified items should you make a regrettable choice on used or classified forums/sites.
the showroom and ambience are pleasant ,the ethos of customer satisfaction is a prime factor embedded into the staff and its good to know that a real soundstage could be in your home..and often for a lot less than you may think.
do your ears a favour ,relax your mind for a while.enjoy some pure sound.consider that first step

Just bought an Oppo Sonica DAC from SCSAV.
Great customer service and communication. They also let me take it home to try out on my system. It's really user friendly, so easy to set up and the Sonica app works really well (even my husband can use it!).
I'm using a separate pre and power amp (not the pre-amp in the DAC). Sound is good streaming 16-bit through Tidal but even better when listening to FLAC through USB. Icing on the cake though is listening to DSD through the USB host (and great that this works through the USB A port as well). Downloaded my first DSD album last night and it sounds incredible. I've yet to hook up my NAS but hopefully that will work just as well.

Disinterested staff. Tried going in twice (several weeks apart) with my wife to look at TVs and home cinema systems. Both times there were two members of staff chatting to each other, both times it was far too much bother for them to provide any assistance and come out from behind their counter. It is a shame, as they have some top end Hi-Fi, but I won't spend that kind of money in a shop where the staff are so disinterested.
