Really bad customer service, they got my order wrong, wanted to charge me more for a wrong product. So I went and bought the right product next door at John Lewis.
Plus, there was plenty of staff on the floor doing nothing but none behind tills. One staff guy with a pony tail kept saying to people go the till lady comes soon...instead of stepping in. Kept doing nothing. People queueing up wanting to pay, some gave up and left the shop frustrated. Currys, you have lost lots of sale yesterday! You can’t get the in store collections right, neither in store sale. Rubbish!
