I don't understand why Currys customer service is so bad? How do Currys train their staff, they don't have a clue how to serve customers, I asked advise on a TV and the guy working there didn't give a damn, I've never bought anything from them due to their appalling customer service. And never will be spending a penny there. I won't be surprised if they go bankrupt.

Store manager that was on duty on the 26/12/2018 was a foolish person with a terrible customer service who even accused me of 'changing my story' even when I got one of his colleagues to confirm what I had said. PC Work should train their staff on 'how to deal with customers 101'. No wonder you are losing customers.

The guy at the till made me pay an extra £30 for no reason. Making up random reasons to try make me pay more and I urgently needed the laptop that I reserved the night before. Just trying to make innocent people spend money for no reason, he kept on trying to make me buy £125 antivirus and £60 Microsoft office even though I keep saying no. Unbelievably bad customer service.

Abysmal service. The staff seemed to all be wondering around without any idea what to do. Spent half an hour searching for my order without so much as an explanation, then just casually started serving someone else. Had to walk out without my order. Will be going literally anywhere else in future

Number one worst ever company and store Curry’s there’s no knowledge of staff who has no experience about anything A to Z. Two months I’ve brought myself Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 Tablet 32GB, Black. Within 28 days the tablet overheated and I’ve refunded it the next day. This item like it was about to explode oily stuff comes out from the side while you touch it very very hot nearly burned my hands ????????. Guys avoid buying this product because it’s a faulty item don’t buy it and it will explode!

Worst staff ever. - It took 10 minutes to have « help » (on a Monday) - then asked to see headphones out of box -as they are not on display- so guy told me to try style on display that had absolutely nothing to do with it! - takes forever to find style I actually asked for - finally guy refused I tried them on, as if I was going to spend something like 200£ on headphones without trying them on. This is one particular guy but clearly the current vibe at Westfield Curry’s is being suspicious with anybody entering the store and being rude and unhelpful with real customers.

Welcomed in and asked what I was after. Told they have the item at the cashier's. Waited in line for several minutes, only one person serving despite a lot wandering the floor. At the cashier's they didn't know what the item was. Called in assistance, they then went around opening cupboards at random. Went out back for a while, then declared they don't have it. Proceeded to pay for the other item I was after. Couldn't because they don't accept contactless payments. It wasn't the best experience in a technology store. Surely they have a stock system they can query. And to not accept contactless payments is just bizarre.

Very rude staff! I was waiting behind a lady which was sealed with by two members of staff, they saw me standing there with the box for ages and then the girl came to the till and one of them just came to her and served her! Basically ignored me!!!!!!! After I said I was standing here for ages she said to me: the que is here(which was basically next to the girl they were dealing with). First it doesn’t say where’s the que, and second, she saw me standing and pretended she does something else! Very rude, do not recommend!!!!

I needed help with my computer. I pay a monthly fee for support and from the central I’ve been ask to take the computer to the nearest store to have it repaired. One of the customer service member was helping me when the supervisor arrived and told him directly “send her home to do the updates”. He kept being very rude to me so my partner asked him to stop. The supervisor started shouting at us and ask us to leave the shop without any solution for my computer and making me feel terrible bad as he was very agresive. This is definitely not the treat that a customer would expect to receive when coming to store.

Very disappointed. Poor customer service. No ethics, and it’s a shame to have such unqualified staff for Curry’s. I visited the store twice hoping to buy a MAC and let down by the staff. There are many qualified people out there desperately looking for job, and yet, you find companies like Currys hire the unprofessional and unqualified people.

Warning! Always check what you’re buying from this store before you leave! The worst experience I have ever had buying an item. I’m long time customer of Curry’s. I went in to the Westfield store today during my lunch break to buy a pair of apple AirPods. I opened them as soon as I left the shop and was surprised to find the AirPods were not as I expected. They looked to be a counterfeit and the case did not even have the right type of socket for the lightning cable. I returned to the store within 5 minutes of leaving to report this and to have the item checked over. To my shock, instead of apologising to me for selling me a counterfeit product, I faced an inquisition from several members of staff who were insinuating that I was somehow trying to cheat them by replacing a counterfeit pair of AirPods I had hidden on my person. I am a honest person who would never do something criminal, and I can damn well afford a pair of headphones. Eventually, the store supervisor agreed to replace the counterfeit item for me, after me being treated with suspicion and contempt by other members of his staff. There was not once an apology to me for the selling me a fake item, not for the way they treated me. I was gobsmacked by the fact Curry’s, what I always considered to be a reputable store, could sell its customer a counterfeit product. I was left angry and exasperated by the way I was treated. I intend to make a formal complaint with Curry’s customer services.
