I had to come back twice to solve an issue which was really frustrating, however, Max (a member of staff at this store) really helped me out, although we could not solve the issue, he found an alternate resolution which turned out to be better for me. Thank you once again!

Terrible, rude. Unhelpful and actually kind of aggressive . Watched the assistant be aggressive to several customers - they seem to be in a continuous state of confrontation whenever I go in - not sure if it's just this one or three stores in general.
