This particular assistant Amanpreet has been out of the ordinary. By not only the appearance, but she is beautiful, friendly, inviting, calm, focused and reassuring. She had quite a special vibe, not only to help me understand the intricacies of my phone, (im not gifted) but she took too it to make me love it. What normally would have been an irksome task, came a total pleasure.

Avoid at all cost!!! I have in March started a 5G by broadband with them online. The connection wasn’t as good as a normal broadband but we could at least watch movies and my partner was able to work from home. A month or two after later we have received an email stating that Three will merge with an other company called Relish and will cancel our contract. After a good hour on the phone, my partner managed to order a new SIM card. We received a parcel bag with NOTHING inside. I called the customer service and explained the situation. They looked up our name and our address and couldn’t find us anywhere in their system. They suggested to go to the shop to get a new contract. So there I am, going to the shop explaining the situation. I spoke with an Italian/Romanian lady and she suggested that we get the 4G as it will just be the same as the 5G. I followed her advice. As she couldn’t find our details she created a new contract. She wrote my address incorrectly and I mentioned it, but she said that she couldn’t find it on the list and it didn’t matter as I am getting the new machine and SIM card in store. After all this I do not which to spend any more of my time arguing with them any longer so I went home. Well how I was wrong?! I was going to spend way more time after that episode!! When i got home we installed the new device and we gave it a good chance. But no.. it was so terrible that my partner and I couldn’t watch a movie without buffering and neither work from home. I called the customer service and there I am: 5+ hours on the phone being transferred in every service you could imagine before I finally get my 4G contract cancelled and sent a new 5G SIM card. Which was obviously sent to the wrong address so there I am today going back to the store to collect it there and BLOODY CHANGE my address to the right one! I really do not recommend this network, there is a terrible connection and customer service. I wish I could give a 0 star rating.

I came into the store for a consulting as wanted to find a good deal. The lady Mihaela greated me straight away with a smile and showed me all the options i had. The store was very pleasant and the staff nice. Once my contract is finished,i’ll come to get another one in this store! Really satisfied!

Here is the complaint letter I mailed to OfCom. Hello. I was a pay-as-you-go EE customer, and walked into the Three store in Angel where I was told I could port my EE number to a 1 year contract. After several days my phone wasn't ported and I was having trouble logging in. I returned to the store where they admitted they had made an error in typing my name off my ID and the port failed. I no longer had the old SIM Card nor PAC code, nor did I have a way to get the PAC code again. Losing my number is a hassle, but particularly bad because my flat charges 20 GBP to change the number linked to our intercoms. I said I'd be satisfied with a 20 GBP credit or being let out of my contract. At this point it had been about 72 hours. The Three store said there was nothing they could do to help nor let me out of my contract and to call their Customer Service for compensation. Customer Service on the phone said that they could have let me out of the contract within 30 days if I signed up online or via phone, but since I went into a store I cannot get out of my contract unless I pay it in full immediately. They said they would not be able to help in any way. This has wasted several hours for me, will end up costing me another 20 pounds to change my intercom number, and it's not right that they won't let me out of a contract nor do anything to help. Mixed opinions on this store. I've only had good experiences but recently my gf went in to talk about a particular deal and was lied to by two sales people. they told her the device she had was no longer compatible and wanted her to buy a new contract, I know the device was compatible since I had been into the same store to talk about it the previous week. I had also confirmed that the device was compatible with the 3 sales teams on the phone. Either they were ill informed or they lied on that occasion, do a bit of research before you head into any phone network store so you're prepared to see through any sales BS.

Spent all morning on the store over 3 hours and didn't get anything sorted out at the end. It seems like Manager Rachit's only purpose is sales target and does not give proper training to new customer advisors. Every time i walk in this store i have the impression that they only main purpose is selling and not caring enough for customers. If it is possible i would recommend existing costumers or new customers to visit any of the other stores in the area as they will be more helpful.

Useless,cannot help anyone who has just bought a brand new phone and in need of desperate help.now going back for the 3rd time to ask for help and staff never know what they are doing.At one stage it took 3 people to serve one perrson and still could not explain things .refused to let the very Elderly person out of her 2 year contract which she really did not understand at the time of signing .went back a couple of days later and they refused.so now she is stuck with massive problem with a useless phone,bit like the staff .shame on you.

Today, I went to Islington store. Even with the uncertainty in the air every one in the store including an asian store manager was very friendly and dealt with all the customers very professionally. Love that store and it was organised. Thank you Three for opening the store in these though circumstances. Highly recommend that store.

Had purchased a phone which died after less than 2 months. Purchase a insurance for my phone don't do it if you get this offer for insurance useless paying extra money and you cant get anything back. I have to refuse as just to claim after that you paid already a monthly fee you have to pay 80 pounds just to claim if something happens to your phone. When I purchase the phone I have been told that anything happen to phone I get it replaced. Big lie and what very is bad as they sell this insurance on lies as is not that easy to get help. Spend hours on the phone And got nothing back from insurance or 3 service had to go to Samsung and get fixed from them. Do why you selling a insurance if doesn't help at all. Disappointed I thought was a better company. Actually i had worst customer service and service ever. They sell things which are not exactly what you expected what you been told. Bad service liers never again with 3. That's s**t

AVOID. Went here the first time because my phone had no service. An assistant manager had a 30 second look at my phone and said I needed a replacement SIM card and asked for my ID. I showed him my photo ID, and he said that's not good enough. Came back the second time with my passport, and was serviced by a trainee who didn't ask for my identification. Upon checking my account and having to call Three customer service, turns out Three suspended my account on suspicion of fraud, as I had made a high number of calls. This is beyond absurd because I am PAYG customer and I get unlimited calls. I was then informed the suspension had been lifted and requires 24 hours for it to reactivate. However, I had to come back a THIRD time, because my service was not reactivated. I waited half an hour in store to be "served" i.e. wait for an available landline phone so I can call Three customer service myself, and subsequently was informed they couldn't reactivate my service because I was not register to a UK address. Again, this is absurb because I can see my UK address when I log into my account online. Definitely not worth the trouble for a PAYG customer, and no point of going into store if you have any issues - they direct everything to their call centre.

After being really put off by the staff a few doors down at the 02 I was not looking forward to going to three. Then I met Nnenna....in training but wow!!!! She is personable, friendly and very attentive. She made my whole experience great by helping me and being swift. She was bubbly, smiley and they were busy. She remained calm and delivered the best customer experience with personality and non of the robotic American over friendly annoying approaches we sometimes see. She will do great things!!! Thank you

Large Three store on Upper Street less than thirty meters from Angel underground station next to a Carphone Warehouse store. While the selection of mobile phones is limited and focused on Samsung, Apple, Google and Motorola the wide shop floor allows for carefree browsing. The highlight of the Three store is the staff. Special mention to Alexia who are was patient, helpful and went the extra mile. The staff was not only friendly but happy to help with the setup of the sim card and getting the screen protector on the new phone.

So glad I visited the branch today after suffering a very bad, uncaring and not valued customer service on Saturday. Unlike Mo, couldnt be bothered to listen, help but rather abandoned me for another customer, Jeanne was sympathetic, caring and well informed to advice and deal with my loss. She was so compassionate as necessary to someone whose phone was totally damaged. This lady knows her stuff and is a gem to the company. I left the store feeling so relieved, better than I have felt since damaging my LCD screen and pixels. God bless her.

Prince is an absolute 5 star kinda guy (good bit of eye candy too)!!! Amjad is super lovely and all really helpful!!! Mike is also super great and helpful too! I had a contract I wasn't too happy with but they all did their absolute best to help me sort the issue! But there is one GEM - the beauty babe of three ... ARMANIIIIII! Personally believe this gorgeous gal needs to be manager she went through a million different plans with me because I'm very fussy and indecisive and she dealt with it professionally and with a high smile on her face!!!! When in three ask for Armani and you will have the best day of your life! Love love love

I went to the three store in dalston to look for a new contract on the iPhone 7 I was greeted by Taymah who sat down with me and gave me different price plans that would be suited to me. She was very polite and patient, she kindly wrote all of my options and her name down and even gave me an offer for my mum who I said was already on three. I said I would come back to see her but she told me she worked for The angel store so I said I would come back to see her there. Excellent service!

I telephoned this branch and reserved a Mobile for same day collection. When I got there a member of the customer services (called Kaelser I believe) informed me the handset i have reserved earlier was the last one but he prefers to sell it for a contract customer rather than pay as you go. even though I explained that I have traveled a long way for this handset he was adamant not to sell it to me. I asked to see the branch manager ( Peter ) and after explaining the situation he agreed to sell me the handset. I would like to thank Peter for his professional approach. And in the future I hope all his team members act in the same manners​ toward pay as you go and contract customers.

I had a really lovely experience at this particular Three store. My SIM card had unexpectedly stopped working, and with Tay's help I not only registered my SIM card, but I was also able to receive a new SIM card with my same number with no additional charge. Really great expert assistance from Tay (who actually specializes in apple products!) I really do hope that she gets to go to California on the Apple Masters trip- she truly knows how to handle customers and their concerns.

Fast service, but staff isn't very knowledgeable or just directs me to call a certain number. Not quite why I went to the store if everything is just done via phone calls. Also, phones aren't really maintained very well there or have no internet connection. Hence, while you're able to touch the device, you can't really do much with it. What's the point then?
