They have one of the most affordable and accessible plans for travelers that allow you to roam 12GB of data for just £20 throughout most of European countries.The staff at this branch weren't the nicest but you get what you want after 10-15 minutes of waiting. The branch manager follows up with you to rate the customer service via text within 1-2 days of service enrollment.

I would like to complement Three on the calibre of the member of staff (NISHA) who went to a lot of trouble, I thought, to make sure the problem I had with my ""non-roaming"" issue was resolved, unlike an experience I had in the past, not in that shop I hasten to add.I am very grateful for that and would like to think that somebody in charge would let Nisha know how much I valued her input. Thanks to Nisha at 3 Islington again.

The tutor sessions are carried out by professionals in the field and many times Apple, Samsung, Huawei and other manufactures are presenting. Customer service is key here and the experience was great - Thank You

Awesome guy I got extremely good customer service the Three Agent Amjad, I went into the Islington store with my cousin and her husband to which Amjad was due to go home however he stayed, and explain the great deals three have on offer. He had great sense of humour and was very professional, and very knowledgeable. The store in general was great atmosphere really good. We got all the information we needed and a great deal from him . Would recommend this store. Thank you AJ

I went to the store because I wanted to end my contract with Three. Then I was greeted by Faryal really nicely. When I explain her everything about my plan which includes new phone and bigger data she was really happy to help me and she also changed my mind with her great offer. Even though she is working with this company for just as little as two months, she provided perfect customer service and was really helpful answering my questions. Faryal thank you so much for getting me the best available deal for me and amazing atmosphere during signing my new contract. My new IPhone 7 is just amazing. I promote this to my cousin and he immediately went there to get the same deal as I got. Faryal was busy with another client however she gave attention and went over the limit. Thank you so so much!!! Three- I personally think that you should employ more people like Faryal.

Terrible. I went in to cancel my account and switch from a monthly line to a pay as you go. Apparently, this is not possible in store, therefore I had to call in to a call centre and get put on hold twice, only to be hung up on and have to do the whole thing again. All in an actual 3 store. Useless. You might as well replace the shop with a phone vending machine.

Had to go in to have a number porting error fixed bc a previous staff member there stuffed it up the first time. This second time the process took forever bc the senior staff member "serving" me was so distracted texting on watsapp the entire time!!! (I guess bc he wasn't getting a sale). Several times I had to repeat myself three or more times before he'd answer me. Got to the stage I just said "DUDE!, C'mon". Totally unapologetic. Bush league, they are crap.

Very disappointed with the service at this store. Rudest staff I have ever encountered anywhere. Forget etiquette or common courtesy, they are outright rude with a customer is always wrong attitude. If you ask them anything about the phone in question, they say how do I know Im not a technical person, Im a sales person. Even the woman who seems to b in charge is rude. Three needs to spend more on customer service.
