Barnby Moor Memorial Park & Crematorium

A beautiful drive through the countryside to arrive at the Memorial Park which is serene and peaceful. The grounds are well kept and will be even better when the plants and trees are fully established. The chapel is beautiful, clean and light with big windows overlooking the grounds. Two screens showing photos of my dad during our reflection song were easy to see from both sides. The men of our family were allowed to carry my dad from the car and we were allowed to be seated together which was much needed. There was only our service happening, no funeral leaving as we arrived and no funeral following ours. We didn't feel rushed and had plenty of time for our celebration. The casket is laid central at the front rather than off to one side which enabled us all to see it clearly. We were allowed to approach the casket at the end of the service and pay our respects which meant a great deal. I hope this crematorium continues in the same way for others to have the experience we had.

A very serene place modern and bright. Morag Campbell was our celebrant who conducted my mothers service with great compassion and a very upbeat lady. A beautiful, picturesque venue which proved to be both tranquil and welcoming. Samantha was extremely attentive, non-intrusive, and worked closely with us to provide a ceremony that was exactly how we envisioned. It was the most wonderful goodbye for my mum that will remain in the memory of the family for years to come.Thank you so much and we would highly recommend this most professional of funeral organisations.

Lovely peaceful place. Very clean and tidy and lots of parking in well presented grounds. The lady that conducted the service I went to spoke beautifully and with such care and thought.

Visited here today before my mum in laws funeral next week.we were invited in to be shown around.this is a truly serene.calm,and beautiful facility.we were shown around by a really lovely member of staff who talked us through the ceremony.he was so nice,so professional and put us at ease .we were so glad we went before the funeral.A very big thankyou to a lovely man.
