A Good place to sell off some unwanted stuff, but I would be cautious buying anything from cex. Also they have a habit of charging more than rrp for items like the PlayStation 5, Nintendo switch, Xbox consoles, some game titles ect.. was really annoyed when they started inflating prices during the start of the pandemic.

Terrible costumer service! Stood waiting in a queue, got to the desk for the guy to walk away to talk about the display and pass me over to a girl who couldn’t make the sale. She then passed me over to another colleague who said I had to wait for her to serve the rest of her line.....fine I won’t spend my money at your shop.

Great service I don't understand why anyone is complaining. I had a fantastic chat with one of the staff members about video games while he processes my xbox one trade in. Took half an hour to evaluate it and got a hundred quid for it. No problem whatsoever. Great team there.

I bought several DVDS here and they all either didn't work or were of poor quality when I watched them. The goods on sale are not checked by staff and I no longer buy DVDS from this shop. The staff are generally unhelpful when I return to the shop with the damaged DVDS. I have to argue at times to get a refund of some kind.

Fantastic service. The charger for my 11-year-old slide phone died so I visited this store (been here before, much the best mobile store in the area) for a replacement phone. Instead the assistant dug around out back, found a charger that fit and gave (not sold) it to me. Service doesn't get any better than that.
