Very pleasent staff (well most of them).
The branch has always had a very wide list of stock (check out the website).
As long as you're there for a legitimate transaction you will have no problems.

If you want cheap used games this is the place to come too.
It always feels that the staff is rushing the clients, but being nice about it.
It's part of a big international chain, so I recommend you choosing a store that feels the best and stick to it.
They also buy used electronics!!! But their prices are disgraceful!!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this shop. Disrespectful shop staff, talked to me like I was his buddy, in very argumentative rude tone. Other two members of staff were present when all this happend. No idea how such behavior is allowed here. Very nasty.

When was the last time you cleaned it really ???
Despite I asked one of you to clean it, ages ago, still it stinks.
Not interested to look at it... Where is the question of going inside!!!

After ages, literally ages, thanks to the management or the owner for taking time and reading this comment and clean it. Star will improve to 2.

I don't like the fact that they buy your product with only 20% of the price they will sell it for or 30 percent at best and most of the times I dealt with them it always ended up with a faulty item,I don't know how they do their check when they buy products from people.
I bought a power bank and headphones both where faulty.

Decent shop selling pre-owned games, blue-rays, electronics, consoles but prices can be a little on the high side. For example, a used Amazon Fire TV stick was exactly the same price as a brand-new one from Amazon!

The second hand products are over price, you can buy most of the product from Amazon for as little as £5 different I don't recommend any of Cex shop to any one they buy the items too cheap and the selling like new.????

Poor service came to exchange my ps4 controller, the guy checked it visually and then said they have to plug it in to check but that would take half an hour because they are “busy” which to my judgement there not. 4 people working the store is empty. Don’t know what service these guys are running but i call it laziness disgraceful.

Sold my old one plus one phone here. Quick and easy process, decent price, beats messing with eBay.
But price of some items for sale are ridiculous - used PS4 controllers cost more than brand new ones!
Also, no telephone number available to call the store and no air con so it was a furnace inside.

Allways a good place but dont expect to get a fortune when selling stuff cause when you buy stuff its not to pricey as it comes with 1-2 years warranty and its never any problems getting things fixed even if you dont have a receipt if you have a cex card wich is totally free! ???? LOVE IT, MUCH BETTER THEN GAME ????%

Great selection of preowned tech at very reasonable prices. Particularly liked the unrushed feeling at this branch -- I was left to browse quietly without being regularly asked if I "need any help" -- yet when I came to check out the service was as fast as possible.
