Lured in with great deal which clearly didn’t exist in October 2020. Was told I had failed the credit check (despite having an excellent credit score) and I should contact my bank. Bank said there is no reason I would have failed. I panicked and requested my Experian and Equifax reports and no hard or soft searches had taken place so I had not failed, they had not done the check at all. A lie which causes a lot of distress. Would not recommend.

If you're looking for great customer service look for Damaris! She's great. She is very knowledgeable wand knows how to make sure client is satisfied. She helped me a lot with getting the phone that I like and gave me options. Apart from that, she is good at communicating and taking into considerations of what you like. She is good at customer service and people relations!

Intentionally made difficult to leave with a 30-day cancellation policy which could also be translated to "Hey we want a little bit more money before you leave".This company is basically a fraud. The one in Ealing told me to buy an iPhone 11 stock in Oct 2020 for £2160 (with included unlimited data, calls and messages for 2 years). In giffgaff you can buy an iPhone 11 for £863.80 with £35pm for 24 months. If I would buy monthly unlimited data, messages, calls with giffgaff on top of that it would total at £1463.80. Three in this case is roughly 40% more expensive than giffgaff. Not to mention that the coverage in London is worse than giffgaff. The sales person in Ealing was aggressive in trying to sell me this deal telling me that the new iPhone 12 was going to be more expensive. Let's say the new iPhone 12 will cost £1000 (it'll probably be closer to 900) and then add 24 months of unlimited data, calls and messages at giffgaff. The phone will total at £1600. The sales person told us that the phone would cost more than the iPhone 11 so let's say £2200. Fair. It's still £800 pounds higher. which is almost the price of just buying another one at giffgaff.

My visit to the white city branch yesterday. Excellent customer service by rep Damaris she was very patient and went above and beyond in her service for me! this young lady spent a lot of time to get me the right deal. I hope these reviews means there is a pay rise cause rep Damaris deserves one did i say Exellent! The Manager was also very good. My experience before this team had been quite negative not helpful at all, so i avoided the store at all cost, not any more all very helpful, great team!!

Where do I start. I lost my phone over the weekend and purchased a new phone from the Apple Store. I popped into the Three store to get a new SIM card which I presumed would be a 5 minute task, I was there 90 minutes and still walked out without a SIM Card. When we walked in it was reasonably busy and we had to wait 10 minutes to be seen to. A trainee was assigned with attempting to get me a new SIM card. It seemed as though she had to type in an essay in the computer in order to start the process. Then we were hit with a screen preventing her from giving me a SIM card. This then followed a stupendous wait for them to call customer services (on my behalf), it took over 30 minutes to talk to someone on the phone. Eventually I was told I could not get a SIM card for 48 hours. I had to wait 90 minutes in-store to be told this. The assistant manager Luca was completely useless, he just seems to wonder around the store like an ugly bald Italian Uncle Fester, shrugging his shoulders saying "I don't know", "What do you want me to do?". No one seemed to care and now they've lost a Three customer as a result of the attitude of their staff in store and on the phone to customer support. Their systems are poor and their service is now terrible in London. Good riddance.

I do not usually write reviews. This must be the third review I have ever written but I felt so strongly about this that I just had to. I was due an upgrade and I went into the store on Tuesday and I meet the most amazing, beautiful, polite, respectful and patient member of staff Tiffany is her blessed name. This young lady took her time to go through all the phones and price plans that I asked her about. I was in store for about two hours, yet she made me feel as if I was the most important customer she had ever had. This lovely young kind and sweet lady Tiffany was just heaven sent she took her time to explain anything that I was not sure about, I told her that I needed unlimited data but at the same time it was important that I reduce my bill and she did that for me I left there super happy, by Friday I had changed me mind and decided that I wanted a phone that was 5G ready but I was anxious to go back there to see if it would be possible to change my phone and to further reduce my bill again, when I went back Tiffany was working that day and so was the manager that was there when I had originally attended the store both Tiffany and the manager Meena were so welcoming and friendly about the whole issue and I just have to say a great big thank you to Tiffany for making my experience seamless and also to Meena for not making me feel a way. I am super grateful for all their time and assistance in helping me choose the right phone and price plan especially to Tiffany for aiding me to further reduce my bill. Thank you so much. The best retail experience I've ever had.

Initially I was happy with the service and offer I receive from Jenifer, but it turn out to be a facade. This company doesn't keep their words, low management, airy and unskilled customers services really unacceptable. I purchase a sim card and realize that at home i have no network coverage. So the card is useless for me. Now the cancellation process is a nightmare, no clear policy is apply, some will lie to you pretending that you need a booster and they've made a request for, when they never did, some will promise that you will be call in 24h after a claim they made, some will receive your call and tell you that "the colleagues are sleeping and to call back in 2 hours" then two hours laters is the system that crashes so you are ask to call back later. The manager of this shop pretended to have 7 years experience but is unable to understand basic leadership skills, a team leader assume all responsibilities on the behavior of his team member and knows how to apologize when needed. branding is also to defends the overall company's image, not incriminating other departments. You should learn from competitors. All these elements are unacceptable behavior, you can't pretend to be a serious company and act that way. I'm about to turn it to a legal affair since I haven't been taken seriously yet.

Cheap Data SIMs for use in Europe BUT the Telcos they use in Europe have poor coverage and in many places there is no coverage at all. In many place you can't even get 3G. Consider Orange France who seem to have a better deal and coverage.

Went to the store to ask about their plans and offers. The moment my sales advisor realized that I'm not gonna make a purchase the very same day ... he lost his interest and started gazing to distance. I don't think that is the kind of customer service I'm looking for, sorry guys but it starts before I join. Can't imagine how bad it gets when I've joined if you can't even be bothered to get me hooked on your products.

We have been at Westfield three shop yesterday to unlock our SIM card. We found the most helpful and kind shop assistant ever: Saheed (hope to spell it well) was very professional and showed us all the options and eventually we bought a new phone. We were very indecise about which phone to buy but he was very patient and didn’t rush, making us feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend to deal with him, if you go there.
