If you change your mind after signing contract in store, they won’t allow it to be cancelled, even before the start date. You’re best off dealing with Three online or by phone - if you change your mind then you’ll have 14 days to cancel and get a refund. The store customer service is also quite slow. Edit to add: there’s 2 weeks’ left until the said contract comes into usage..

Worst experience of my life! The staff is very kind but they gave me a 4G device that cannot work in my area because there is no 4G. They didn't even check! And now I have to deal with the Online support and by phone which is a nightmare. It is a big scam! I'm still waiting to get refund whereas I have cancelled my contract two months ago. Avoid Three.

Amazing experience. I just went to change my address, but all the team was unbelievably nice and disposable. I have been personally served by Henay, he first of all respected all the Covid precautions and made me feel so welcome and helped. He even offered, him self to give me his hotspot, because my internet connection wasn’t working properly. Wish all the people could take customer service so seriously and good. haven't updated my contracts for 3 years. went in there to see what was on offer and upgraded all 4 of my contracts for the family with 3's new deals. well worth a visit if you haven't updated in a while, the manager in there was really helpful.

This store, and this company as a whole, are simply top notch. If you are traveling abroad for any extended period of time, they offer an unbeatable sim card package! But beyond the quality of the product, the quality of customer service is beyond exceptional. I had a misunderstanding with adding another month to my plan, and when I brought it to their attention, they gave me an exceedingly generous one time only compensation package. Any company which treats its customers so well deserves all the business it can get!

I have been going to this three shop now for several years. The staff is and always has been extremely helpful and I mean all of them! I have an invisible disability and usually I encounter a lot of prejudice when I ask to be helped but the staff at the three shop, are always extremely helpful no matter what my customer service request is, like setting up a protective screen, helping me top up, helping me to switch from a terrible provider to three always giving me the most informative and supportive advice in my mobile phone related troubles and never sending me away. Even if the shop gets busy, I always get informed if I have to wait, how long or they make sure they have enough staff to cut waiting times to a minimum. I always try to be forthcoming with my queries which in a lot of other phone provider places... is not usually appreciated but the staff at three! shop on High Street Kensington, really stand out to me, with their willingness to geniunly wanting to help people with their tech/ three related enquiries and always succeeding in delivering the best, quality customer care. I can highly recommend a pit stop at their shop, unlike a lot of other phone providers... in the three shop you still get excellent face to face customer service which is rare nowadays and makes a visit definitely worthwhile! 5star rating for sure!

This is the first time that I go out of my way to review something, just because of how bad Three is. I signed a 2 year contract for the unlimited data, texts and minutes, but two months in and I already hate it. More often than not, I do not have 4G. Sometimes it's 3G, sometimes it says 4G but nothing loads on my phone which is an S10 + by the way. I thought, no problem, let me just cancel my contract. So I call customer service on 333 and literally have the worst experience on the phone with a couple of Indians. They told me that I should switch mobile data on and off and restart my phone among other obvious fixes. These guys suck. They're the cheapest out there for a reason. Get EE.

I have never posted a negative review in my life, but this place completely screwed me over twice. It is somehow possible to waste an 'All in One Add-on' by turning it into prepaid credit instead of the package for which I specifically paid, and then once outside the country you can't even waste more money to purchase another one. Completely unacceptable.

Unbelievable! I had issues with my sim and needed a replacement urgently so picked this store as it has the earliest open time in the neighborhood. Waited outside the store a few minutes before store supposedly opens at 9AM. No one was inside and at 9:06 someone showed up, and told me they won't be available for another 30mins!!!!!! Told me to go to Baywater stoe said it'd be open but it wasn't until 9:30. We had to catch a train and cannot wait. Not the level of customer service I expected from Three!!
