What a difference friendly store staff make. After months of lockdown and struggling to sort my phone problems out, having the knowledgeable and patient people at the Kilburn 3 mobile store was a breath of fresh air. Fazir (?) and Julian were both brilliant and took a lot of time helping me. Thank heavens you are back!

i went into the shop by chance. i am not a local to Kilburn. The staff there.was super friendly and considerate with a not so young person as myself. both italians and Issy in particular were most friendly and helpful to assist in choosing device and plan. i very strongly reccommend them. They are not the average mobile phone vendor. it paid several times the trip from North London (N7) all the way there. i will go back again when the contract ends.

Faiz in Kilburn store was very,very,exstremally helpful , he solved my mobile number problems vey easy in 15 minutes. which of could not solve Queensway store helpers during 2 weeks (from 1 of December). He did best job. Thank you very much dear Faiz

They left me without data, I went to upgrade my phone, I was asking the person who served me to please help me set up my mobile, she keeps saying she will, for some reason 2 hours went, one of the guys say it was because I was making up my mind and I was waiting for for them to do what has to be done with the paperwork. At the end the lady did transfer some of the information from my old to my new phone, but didn't show me like they do when you get a new device the basic stuff, so I am struggling getting my information. I TOLD THEM I DONT HAVE WIFI at home because I don't have landline, so I couldn't do it at home, why they didn't care and is nearly finish???? I came home and realised my phone has only 2GB when I pay for unlimited data ????

I'm glad for stopping in this retail shop to get my contract. The staff is very focus on customers and they are very aknowledge about products and competitors. On of the guy spent time with me to understand which smartphone and plan was adapted for me based on my lifestyle and he gave me an awesome choice with a very good and cheap plan. Definitely, I recommend this shop.

Just got a new mobile and needed help with all sorts of things. I had previously been on a Three contract which I was happy to renew. I dealt with Sarah, the assistant shop manager and I couldn't have found a better person to assist me. Sarah is courteous, knowledgeable and patient. After dealing with the contract, she spent a considerable amount of time helping me to set up my new phone. I had spent a couple of hours the previous day trying to initialise my phone but, by the end of that time, I was ready to scream. Sarah took just a few clicks to remedy certain things and set up others, during the course of which she also explained and showed me how to do it. Thank you Sarah for providing such excellent customer service!

I went on Saturday to this three shop, because after upgrade my number from pay as you to contract and cancel the new number of the contract I did in the three shop on Oxford Street, my phone was still showing the new number contract. So I was attended for Julian the store manager and he give me the solution, he was so kind and he understood perfectly what was happen with the phone number. Next time I will go to this shop to do a contract or whatever I need.

I came here on the 8th February 2019 and was personally greeted by Julian, the general manager. My contract issue was professionally and quickly resolved by Daiana which I greatly appreciated. I'd recommend this store in Kilburn based on yesterday's experience as well as previous positive experiences here as well.

It made a real difference going into a store rather then talking to somebody on the phone. Aris from the kilburn store spent over 1 hour with me sorting out my new phone. He was patient & understanding and took his time. I had his full attention and not once did his eyes look elsewhere . This is what I call outstanding customer service. Very rare nowdays! He is asset to three and I will definitely recommend my colleagues to this store. I will also be booking a discovery appointment back with Aris to set up my tablet. Thank you.

While the cancellation of contract or help out to improve it can only done by PHONE CALL, so that considers as poor customer service at the store. I would say their job is only can serve new costumers, and not helping the existing once.

Very sly employees. I went there to purchase an additional contract. After 30 minutes wait, the employee made me sign two contracts instead, changing my old contract in the process without me realising. I admit I was stupid for signing the change without checking, but I was trusting that Three was a respected company. I have 5 contracts with them and I will terminate them as soon as they are finished. Avoid at all costs.

Got sold a contract 200 minutes unlimited data and found pay as you go do 500 minutes. Previously got sold roll on contract and got charged £150 for going over my 200 minutes! So crap! Don't get a phone contract with this company they will RIP YOU OFF!

Using their phone in-store to type this. Left a vm earlier as I wanted to ask a simple question and didn't want to waste time making my way there. No one got back to me Fine. So I make my way down here and have been waiting for 15 minutes and longer just to ask my simple question about a replacement sim. Management is terrible and I will be leaving now and try out a different store only reason I'm not giving 1 star is due to the customrr service I received at first got me to come on with 3 but honestly I regret my decision. Edit: I want back there, to be told to call customer services and spoke to a very reassuring lady, she was also disgusted at the fact that two members went on break, one of which told me to wait one second and poof he dissappeared. But annoyingly, i want back to the store (a third time) to be issued a service charge of £5.11 for the replacement sim. God!
