Ignore the negative reviews posted here. I came to sign up a business contract for my trading company and it all went smoothly, customer advisors that served me were so helpful and advised me on the right plan for my business phone and even helped me set up the phone and the sim. They also did not make me feel like I waiting, they were very chatty and made me feel so welcome. All I can say is I experienced amazing service!

They don't tell you the truth about the contract you are signing with them, when you discover their lies ,no apology is offered until you squeeze them. Contract cannot be canceled despite their misleading. Terrible terrible.

Ignorant and highly unprofessional. I have an autoimmune disease which causes my eyes to be irritated and red. One of the staff members made a comment extremely loudly about them to his colleague that was serving me. I'm sure he would have acted differently if I was a man. So weak. Muzzle your uneducated slow staff.

This review was long overdue as I don't usually leave reviews on google but the service received at this store before it was closed for lockdown is commendable. The staff out there are truly amazing and each one of them are knowledgeable. I clearly don't understand the negative reviews. It's covid and these guys are the frontline people trying to help us in solving our woes. Cheers to the guys out there.

So came to this store on the recommendation of a mate of mine and was told to specifically meet with Alistar(hope I spelt your name correctly). So met him and he’s one of the best person I’ve had the pleasure to do business with. He helped me and my son to set up accounts for Three and then came back with my sister to do the same and he didn’t let me down yet again. So Three if you’re reading this, try to hire people like Alistar who truly enjoys his job and makes it look like a walk in a park. In this day and age of COVID where we don’t get to meet people face to face Alistar and his colleagues make it a bit easier for us. Here’s to you Alistar and hope we meet again.

Such an amazing customer service and such an amazing team you lot have down there, Lisa, Henna, Alistar, the manager Dilan and Agnes. Never before have I come across customer service of this standard before, please pass on the recognition to Alistar, he’s the charm of the store, eager to help and funny. Never let me down when the systems were not working, tried his best to sort me out, will recommend friends and family to visit this store specially. P.S. keep smiling Alistar and be yourself always. We need people like you in the world.

Such a shame, service at this store is abysmal. Walked in 15 minutes before closing and was served 20 minutes later. Staff obviously didn't care and wanted to leave. They gave one-word answers and offered no valuable help with my situation. I've been with 3 for several years now and service has always been relatively good but the people at this store obviously don't care about their customers. I guess it's good that I'm leaving the network.

I have been here few times, and I have found nice and helpfull staff. Anyway last time I have been there there was s girl from the staff that was not gentle, quite rude, no one smile but just acid answers Please keep in mind that not all your customers sometimes understand some contract rules, but you are there for helping, not for laugh. Bye

Honestly the worst experience with a retailer I’ve ever had. In there for two hours on warmest day of the year. Have paid for a phone - and haven’t received it - no ones seems to care and I keep getting charged!!! Between the call centre and the store they couldn’t work out the problem - had to call call centre and go through security 4 times without a resolution. Never use THREE unless under duress. On the other hand - staff in store very nice.

Assistant manager kindly offered to pay for the chip and pin for my uncle a few months back who left his card at home in order for us to get good deal, but contract was wrong and I feel like he scammed us for sale. Poor network coverage, wrong price plan explained and additional sim when not agreed I have to pay for!

I have been with 3 for5yrs.....just got talked into the Samsung 8. because. the. monthly charges were less money.....NOT IMPRESSED with the service or setup One Man was very nice but he has been relocated to ??? out of London. pity l am 70yrs old...not too savy on mobile set up..but now l am without the set up l need......VERY UNHAPPY...NOT IMPRESSED BY THE AFTER SALE SERVICE
