Staff cannot be trusted!
So I went to 3 to get some Sim only plan in November 2014. The guy offered me one bundle. I am telling him "I am leaving England in July next year, is that alright? "He says "Sure, that's fine as long as you give them notice in June". Before signing the contract I am asking again "It says 12 months here, are you sure I am not going to pay any fee if cancelling in July?"- "That's all good, that's still over 6 months, they are not going to charge you anything. Just remember to give the notice."
So today I was trying to give the notice and this guy on the chat tells me "Well, that's going to cost you £36.60 early termination fee."
I am so angry, I can't even express it in a polite manner. I have been lied to and now I am meant to pay for someone else's mistake? Or is it just a poor trick how to get money from people?

Absolutely First rate , young lady from Thailand dealt with my enquiry . Sold me sim card and was kind enough to see which Argos store in the local vicinity had the Samsung phone I was after as was £70 cheaper there ! When I showed her the phone I bought she was kind enough to set it all up for me . Fantastic service , very helpful .

I've been to many different Store but I have never seen any rude staff like this store. There was a black tall girl who was so rude with an old customer. She was shouting at him and telling him to sit down without asking any question. Worst thing I have ever seen. ????
