They offered me a good price to swap out lightening port and battery on an iPhone. Quick and efficient. However there was a problem with the new port. They took the phone back no problem and fixed the fault which was great! This is the second time we have used them.

I wish I put up with my cracked screen.
I can no longer speak on the phone as it either selects mute/speakerphone/ anything? While trying to have a conversation.
The guy insisted on me paying cash and now I have no evidence of them “sorting it”
I have made over 20 typos while writing this.

Exceptional customer service. Was very impressed.
Were unable to completely fix my problem but attempted 3 times without complaint, with new components each time. Furthermore, gave me a 50% discount on the original quote.
Will definitely be returning if I need further assistance with my current or future phones.

They only accept cash, which is suspect. They broke my phone and wouldn’t take responsibility for the damage or refund me the £75 I paid them.
I would rather give money to worthy causes than throw it away on unscrupulous people like them. I had to buy a brand new phone and enter into a contract which I didn’t particularly wish to do.
Instinct told me it was a bad idea to use them but I didn’t listen to my inner voice, as was the case With an individual who was recently in my world. If it looks cheap and nasty it probably is, man or shop!!

SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE!!
My partner took her iPhone in for a new battery and screen repair. Very fast service, things looked good. Except when using her phone the mic did not work and the phone started going haywire. Icrack refused any responsibility, refused to help and refused blame. Took now fully broken phone to Apple who diagnosed they installed a broken battery and destroyed the mic in the process.
Icrack refused to help, refused to refund, the staff turned from charming and helpful to rude and aggressive.
DO NOT use these guys, try any other phone repair shop. Hell give your phone to me and I'll probably do a better job and if I break it I would at least have the decency to not charge you £75 for the privilege.
I cannot write what I truely think of these guys but just use your imagination and stick a load of foul language into this review and you will be close.
