Took my 89 yr old dad to get fitted for hearing aids, the young female who helped us after a long conversation, could possibly be a distant relative, service was very professional and thorough.

The staff was very nice and kind, but the wait... I sat in the office for almost an hour before being told it would be another 30 minutes. This was with an appointment, so I can't imagine what the wait time would be like without. When I asked why it was taking so long I was told it was just the way it was. Again, the staff was very nice and never rude, but I refuse to accept that this is just the way it is. I ended up going with another audiologist and was in and out of the office in under 20 minutes. I would strongly encourage you to get this scheduling under control because you really would be A+ if you could.

Just stopped by for some replacement ear tubes for my hearing aids. Can not vouch for service but they carry a fine line of hearing units and probably must meet standards of the manufacture.

First review ever. I’m a physician and rescheduled my patients twice to be able to take my one year old daughter to this audiologist. Once there, we were 15 minutes late, we were told that the doctor wouldn’t see us. Worst service ever.
