Hello, I am writing from Turkey prior to this one and a half years, I can not apply now when I opened this iPhone is locked after what I did 13.0 update after uch months with paperwork I got the iPhone the phone from uzbekistan iPhone xs max, but then did record I pleaded to pay their taxes, I came to Turkey at the moment this It says that the sim card installed in the iPhone belongs to an operator that is not supported according to the activation policy assigned by the activation server. stands I have a year like garbage I can not find the solution no one I called every place I called the Apple center in Turkey said the search for the UK vodofo to operatorlarn I looked at ingilteryeni but the call they said Turkey iPhone center I please find a solution if I had not I wish you miserable I got why this phone

Went in to look at the new iPhone 29-10-20 around 11am. Greeted by a disinterested sales lady, told me to go downstairs to check it out. That was it really, never seen another employee down there, no one offered to help, no one offer any information, zilch. So lazy that they don’t even want your money. Contract is up in a month so will probably see what alternatives there are.

I went in here to get new broadband service setup, and recieved fantastic customer service from start to finish. There were a couple hiccups with the ordering system, but the agent helping me pushed through and went above and beyond to ensure I got setup straight away. The other employees at the door and around the store made sure I was taken care of the whole time, and were all very friendly. And the service has instantly turned things around, from days filled with cursing at my internet while I tried to work from home, to a productive and cheerful afternoon. Thanks very much to everyone at this store who helped me out.

We had a problem in another Vodafone store( Victoria station) and we went at this one trying to fix everything. Thank god I had the best costumer service by Ameerah, who helped us out and she gave us an excellent costumer service fixing the problem and having a lovely chat. I’ll be probably back for any sort of problem I want to helped by her again! We really had good time and forgot about the drama around our sim card as soon as we start talking to her! Useless! Cannot amend a name on a business account in store, despite being referred by their business team to the store and being in possession of the phone, headed paper, compliment slip, business card, ID and statement. Spent 25 minutes on the phone to their business team who eventually cut me off! Cant even get a PAC code which OFCOM say they are legally oblige to provide.

Absolutely rubbish customer service. I was there to return the phone which I bought a day ago in Kingston and they told me to go back to store where I purchase. Then, no one even bother to apologise to communicate with me in store, even I showing interest to buy another phone. The manager in store is very rude and the staffs are busy playing on their phone, be specific they are using facebook, not sure if that work related.

I went in to this store this afternoon with my partner. I wanted to return couple of phones, which i purchased over the phone. The staff who greeted us said we do not return phones as it was ordered over the phone. However this information was incorrect and I challenged it. I informed the staff that I had spoken to the call centre team and have checked online - both sources have said I can return the phone via vodaphone store. He rejected what i had to say and then decided to speak to his manager 'Sean' who also said you can't return the phone at the store. I continued to challenge them both, when Sean the manager said i can only return if you have the yellow slip. That should have been the first information given to us, but they continued to say I couldn't return it and this was making me very cross. Fortunately I did have the yellow slip to return both items. Both the customer adviser and the manager sean were extremely rude and embarrassed both of us in front of other vodafone customers and staff. Eventually, we were told to take a seat and someone would be with us. The customer service I received from the next staff member was brilliant. Jay apologised on behalf of his irresponsible manager and colleague. That's not his job and he was very empathetic to our situation. I don't know how these people become managers in such large busy stores when they have no ounce of customer skills and easily become very defensive. His job was to calm the situation and try to be empathetic as we were already very frustrated with the first colleague. Instead, he became load and defensive which made me very upset. I have never received such customer service and will never endure to go to Oxford Street vodafone again. Thank you Jay for trying to help us and making the situation a little bit more bearable.
