Is the worst service and experience I had in my life and is not ended yet.I did a contract,the offer was phone Samsung Galaxy S7 + Samsung Gear VR (glasses) for free.The phone was not in the market yet so we have to ordered,I had to pay £29 and because I was about to go for holidays we agreed to collect in store.This happened on 29th of February.I arrived to london on 19th of March and the first thing I did was going to the store to collect my phone and the glasses.The girl told me that by mistake they sent it to my home, this is when my nightmare started...Not only they sent it to my "home" when we agreed something different, on top of that they charged me £66.67 because by mistake (again) they sent second phone to my "home", obviously I was very upset because I wanted to pickup by myself I live with more people and you never know,but anyway I spoke with the girl I will have a look if by any chance it was there and she told me to claim my money back I will have to send it back and request the refund of my money...so as it was expected at home no-one received any delivery for me, even I asked to my neighbours and nothing at all.Nxt day on my lunch time I went to the store I asked for this girl but unfortunately she was on her time away so I explained the situation and I asked for help to other sale assistance.They were passing the ball to each other and telling me to come next day, I said that I did not have to much time and next day was impossible for me to go.The only solution they gave me was that I have to call to vodafone warehouse because they had the fault in all of this, they gave me a phone number and that's it.I called them I had to explain the situacion 3 time to different people I've been 1 hour on the phone with them,(for that reason I've been late to work) after all,they told me that I have to call them back next day,but I think I should not move any finger and we agreed they will call me next day.They didn't.I waited 3 days and I went again to the store.There was the same situation.No one wanted to help me,I felt alone in a problem and mistake they did.After being persistent one of them understood that was not my responsibility and he accepted to call to warehouse and try to do something. After being 2h there he told me they will cancelled the others and he will do a new one for me, but unfortunately now the glasses was out of stock.So for me they were breaking the agreement we had from the beginning and if they did not have they should offer me something else, and give me back my money they charged me by mistake.So the guy told me that for all of that is warehouse who do it,they can not refund any money and they can not offer anything else.So he ordered the phone and I had to wait 4 days.On 1st of april I went to collect the phone and see what going on with the glasses,that day I could talk to the manager Rafa Tariq and he told me to leave it in his hands he will find out if they have the glasses in other store.He asked me to wait for him phone call after the weekend.After that he asked other sale associate to do the new contract for me, but because I wanted to keep my number she told me that for that I had to do it through the website,I should asked her to do it for me but because they were closing in that moment I said I will do at home.After a few days I could receive and make calls but not internet, just with wifi...I waited for his call he never did.I've been out of London, and the same day I arrived I went to the store, I asked him if he remember me and why he didn't call me.He said he thought someone call me...Seriously Im so disappointed of this service and this treatment.Basically he didn't do anything about all my problem.I asked him the reason why I dnt have internet...he look like he didn't know anything about phones, all the time was asking to the others how to do it.One of them change the sim card for a new one, they told me I had to wait at least 24 hour to have line again.Now, after 3 days Im still not having internet but I aswell I cant make calls + I've been charge 97.88 and 39.75.

Incapable members of staff clearly don't know how to solve a very simple request: I would like to make an international call. I have to wait for a week coming back and forwards and being told to call the customers service whilst I am physically in store. Employees are friendly, at least. But they are extremely inefficient and time wasting

Aboslutely terrible. The staff didn't seem to know what was going on. There was no logic in the order they dealt with customers. They said they'd solved my problem... THEY HAVEN'T. Now, 48 hours later I'm still sitting here with a brand new iPhone that isnt working.
