They put stock on their website to get you to come to their shop only to find that they never had it in the first place hoping you'll buy some of their other rubbish. Wasting my time and money on driving to a car park and then catching a bus! NEVER go here, they are racist too!

Shockingly poor customer service, More than happy to take your money but will do everything to make sure their 24 Month Warranty is invalidated so they can keep it, even when the item is in the same condition they sold it in. Staff also don't know what the warranty covers so will change their story when you have to show it to them.

Camden Town store are great - they know the products and treat you like an actual customer. I visited three CeX stores on Saturday; *Peckham* - ????????????absolutely terrible service, I will never buy anything in that store ; *Lewisham* - ok not bad; *Camden Town* - ????great, they know their stuff and are mega friendly????????

Very poor customer service. They sell faulty videogames and don't replace them.

The location of the business is very convenient and easy to get to. There are many other nearby attractions and a variety of shops nearby, however there is no parking spaces nearby for cars which is a way that shops on Camden high street can improve.

Incredibly terrible service with a faulty MacBook. It's been a month now of calling me back and telling me it's going to be ready next week, etc. When i come back it's the same story over and over again "Our colleague is taking it today to get it fixed, he's going to call you later." No call. A month of this is enough to be honest.
