Very very bad customer service. Staff were some of the rudest I have ever seen. Staff started to be aggressive and defensive and saying that “you’re not listening to me”. And another member of staff started to be very rude and spoke aggressively to an elderly woman with me who would be old enough to be her mother.

Needed a replacement sim, went in just before 12pm and there were quite a lot of people but was served within 15 mins or so. Replacement was free (will be charged the next one) but Farhan (Asst Manager) was very competent and I was out within 5-10 mins after being seen to.
