Clean pharmacy, very helpful staff members particularly Sam who really made me feel comfortable through out my test, the calm and assuring approach made me feel at ease through out the process.
Highly recommend if you want your medication almost instantly or if you are hesitant like me and need additional support with any tests then this certainly is right up your street.

Unreliable service for PCR test. Not sent on time we were stuck at the border and they sent my husbands results to the wrong email address of a random person in the USA !! How ridiculous!! We will be claiming from our credit card company as the lady at the pharmacy couldn’t even offer us an apology for her mistake. Which is clearly all recorded by email.

Extremely high prices on fairly common medicine. I bought antibiotics on private prescription from Lord Pharmacy for approximately £29, only to discover the next day that Boots sell the exact same one for £15 and St John Wood Pharmacy for £17. I feel ripped off having paid almost 100% higher price. I even find it unethical since the item purchased is not a life-style product but a health related one.
