So I called up last night 5 minutes after completing the emergency prescription form online. They could not see my nieces details. I was told to call back in 15 minutes which I did.
She still couldn’t see my nieces details. I then got a call 10 minutes before closing time asking what prescription my niece takes.
I explained to the lady that my niece suffers with migraines and has been diagnosed. She regularly takes medication however I never knew what her dosage was.
She then told me to let my nieces mother call in to confirm once confirmed we can collect medication in the morning. My sister called this morning and was told to call back tomorrow.
What type of emergency service is this? You give suffering people such a hard time when you should be making their lives much more easier.
My niece is away from home and is staying with her auntie a strong migraine has come on and you guys have not helped.
She has had to suffer all through the night.
I have given my nieces details, there should be a system where you can see her doctors notes for proof of diagnosis and medication instead of asking so many questions and refusing to prescribe what she needs.

Well-stocked with over-the-counter pharmaceuticals and first-aid products. Long hours and good Covid care - and yes, that sometimes means waiting outside in the cold for everyone’s benefit. Helpful staff. I can’t comment on the prescription dispensing side, I get mine elsewhere.

I went in just before Xmas 2020 with a prescription e mailed to and printed by me from a Harley Street practice.. having been made to wait outside in the cold outside Warman's , I was brusquely informed they can't let me have the anti inflammatory pills i needed as the form was not an original , and the private hospital would need to email them directly, but she ' can't ' let me have the email address, only the hospital can call and get it ( these guys rarely pick up their phone I heard )
No empathy , so I have been in some discomfort for a week , then today I popped into a small local pharmacy , yes they can fulfil my order with the email prescription, not a problem - job done .

My partner went to get an emergency prescription for me and the pharmacist Parvik was a complete angel. He's saved me from having to go back into hospital and potentially be put on IV medication again. Cannot recommend enough, thank you.

The staff are very cruel and have no desire to help sick people. I brought my uncle in earlier this evening who was having a life-threatening asthma attack while he was out shopping. I begged them to sell us or lend us an asthma inhaler, but they refused. They were prepared to let him die to keep their regulations. He is now in an unconscious state in hospital and we have been told his condition is critical.
EDIT: I tried to call the pharmacy to discuss this issue as they requested below but the phone numbers they have on the internet and their website are dead lines. Seems they prefer not to be contacted.

I visited here today in order to pick up an emergency prescription for my partner who is 8 weeks pregnant. The whole team here were extremely helpful and especially the pharmacist, Parvik. Due to his diligence and perseverance my partner was able to receive the medication she desperately needed and could avoid needing to go into hospital again. Honestly could not reccomend this pharmacy enough.

This pharmacy is so great! We moved to Golders Green about a month ago from Highbury and it’s been so nice to have a local pharmacy with pharmacists and staff that make you feel like part of the community. Every time we go to Warman-Freed everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable.
Most recently I was struggling to get an appointment anywhere for a flu shot and Nish was able to get me in quickly when they received a cancellation.
I definitely recommend Warman-Freed!

So just rang to get their email as a dentist had agreed to send an urgent prescription for antibiotics for someone in need of medicine and who is in pain. I was told it's 'not their policy' to give an email address to send a prescription to, to a non-medical person and needed to hear from him directly.
The dentist is far from the practice, it's out of hours and only wanted to email a script so it could be processed.
Uncaring, inflexible attitude and making an individual suffer. If I could give minus stars I would.

i have been using this pharmacy for over 7 years , staff members has been changed over the time .
i was asked by 83 years old man to help him get his tablets. after dropping the RX , i came to pick up the tablets i was faced by some unprofessional worker insisting to have the patient's date of birth and the address or no medication , and when i asked for the prescription request , he refused to give it back , obviously because it's very expensive tablets and its matter of money .i was in a situation that i had to call an older man so late and ask him for his date of birth and address , or...... no tablets
I had really the most awful experience with disgusting person called Drt ...Opubo Fiberesima.
i feel sad that i have to start raising concerns about the pharmacy to the General Pharmaceutical Council, but for them to employ such person with that kind of attitude and body language toward their patient, they should not go any farther with blaming anyone apart from the management of that pharmacy.
three days ago when i dropped the prescription , he was also looking down at an old lady (his colleague worker ).
in addition i was told the tablets will be ordered and i will be informed to come and collect it , also that did not happen , the reason is clear. if any one forget his medication there, or patient who stopped taking his tablets it will be resold to another . this pharmacy is clearly dishonest, just another way of stealing NHS money "legitimately"

I had excellent customer service at Warner-Freed pharmacy. I had a prescription for urgent drugs required for a cancer patient. This pharmacy appeared to be the only pharmacy in london to stock it. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Despite it be very busy, it only took 10 mins to make my prescription up. Very happy and will use again.

I came over last night to get antibiotics for my baby girl five minutes before closing time. The staff refused to issue the medicine although I explained that its for a baby. I'll never again entre this shop again. Instead I can recommend Pharmacy Republic at 100 Fleet Rd, Hampstead, London NW3 2QX. Very helpful lady dispensed the medicine in no time.

staff lacks customer service skills, i have asked them to check my blood pressure, but i have been asked to pay £1.99 for check up, it used to be free before, i referred the staff to the website she was kept saying £1.99 pharmacist said the same, however there is no mention of a charge to check the blood pressure on the website. i have cancelled my family electronic prescriptions, as they are pricey and they dont care about the customers loyalty.

The best pharmacy I know of. Open 365 days a year until midnight and the staff are extremely helpful. Emmanuel is one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable pharmacists I have ever met. I will happily drive two miles extra to go here than go to a lesser local pharmacy.

Previous experience was perfect, about 1-2 months ago. Medicine not available, ordered for the same day (!). Today, I came with prescription for exactly the same medicine. As it wasn't available, I just heard 'go somewhere else', when I asked if it's possible to order it. They didn't even check if that's possible to order. I hope your manager reads that. Thanks.

Customer service is terrible. Extremely unhelpful. After being charged for a prescription, I was told that they don't have part of my medicine in stock and it should arrive in a few days. Iwent back to collect the remaining medicine 2 weeks after. Another staff told me that they haven't received this particular medicine in months! I was then asked cheekily to go back to my Gp to get a new prescription so that I could go to an alternative chemist. I refused, questioned them why I wasn't informed before being charged? They won't give me a refund either. What they did was unfair and greedy as I needed the medicine ASAP. Instead of an apology I was treated like I was in the wrong. Please don't go there unless you have to!
