Showed up at 9:02 today (Monday) and they were closed with no sign that they would open anytime soon. Sign on the door clearly says they open at 9:00 on Mondays. This pharmacy’s hours are already a joke to begin with, and they don’t even have the decency to honour them.

Super fast service! Great customer care! Had to get vaccinated quickly as we were travelling and the team at Berkeley court Pharmacy were very quick to accommodate us even though we didn’t have an appointment. Thanks will be back soon.

Very over priced. I gave in a prescription and said I will be back in a bit. I unfortunately finished my appointment across the street a couple minutes late and got to the pharmacy the exact time is closed and it was already shut.

I'm from the States and my sister and I recently visited the UK. Unfortunately, my sister became very ill in the middle of our trip. Luckily, we looked up the pharmacies near us and Berkeley Court had the best reviews and I was not disappointed! The workers were extremely welcoming and helpful and made this stressful situation much easier! Thank you!

Very elegant looking pharmacy, its lovely to see antique pharmaceutical equipment on display gives the place great character. Staff are friendly and very helpful and they have a wonderful range of products available. All round great pharmacy.

After suffering from a bad allergic reaction, I was contemplating on visiting A&E. I visited this pharmacy on my way for advice and reasurrance as I experienced itchy rashes on my neck and my left eye had swelled up. The pharmacist was very reassuring and helpful by recommending me treatments. I saved a lot of time by not seeking the emergency department, which certainly helps if you work full time! Thankfully, I was better by the next day. The staff are really friendly and welcoming the moment you walk in. I also went back a few weeks later to get a flu jab, which was suprisingly pain free. I usually get a lot of pain from jabs and experience horrible reactions, but this pharmacist was an absolute magician!
