I have tried many pharmacies in London. Collins Chemist is one of my favourite and 9 can say, it is one of the best. The staff are friendly and supportive. They are also efficient, so I never had to wait for a long time. I have also been taking the flu vaccination here for the past two years. And this has been great because they are flexible and you don't have to book an appointment for that.

On multiple occasions, they made me wait over 15 minutes for a prescription fill when the store was completely empty and all the staff were just standing around gossiping. Then after waiting so long, and they've finished gas bagging, they do it in 5 seconds. Honestly just makes me mad.

Poor customer service by the pharmacist Dhimant Patel who is very rude. Other members of staff are helpful. Unprofessional practice, no health and safety measures taken place, should be investigated by the GPhC as they dont seem to meeting standard of practice set by guidelines
