As everyone always says; buying and selling is a highly stressful experience and basically they are right. However, amidst all the anguish and heartache Paul and his team came up trumps and were there whenever I needed answers or even just crying down the phone. I couldn't recommend them more highly and when we do eventually move in hopefully many years time I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I cannot imagine for one minute being treated so well by any of their competitors and I always felt like they really cared. It was almost as if I was their only client but I know they are snowed under and with good reason...why choose anyone else? Thank you so much for all you and your team did and I know I wouldn't be sitting in my lovely new house now without all your efforts. I will recommend you to everyone!!

My parents had a great experience using Paul Bott and co on a recent move in Brighton. My mother and father have moved over 30 times during their life and in 4 different countries and found the experience by far the most professional. From the initial discussion about the listing to the. photorgraphs, floorplans, and documentation and advertising the process was smooth and slick. However, the most impressive part of their service was their ability to problem solve when the process inevitably stalled (as they almost always do in England).
