Had booked in for emergency and they managed to get me an appointment! Speaking to Michelle on the phone heals you and calm you down! I was pleased to see that the clinic is Breastfeeding friendly which made me feel comfortable going in with my 6 months old baby incase I had to feed him.
I had also called in to inform them that my I had a pushchair for my following appointment and my treatment room required to go up the stairs. Michelle had gladly said they will accommodate another room if required or will also help my carry the pushchair! For a first time mum, these things matter and I'm so happy with my experience so far.
Dr Ranjit and the dental nurse are so friendly and reassuring! I'll be seeing another dentist in the same clinic next week and I'm sure that will go well too!

Just had tooth extraction phone a very nice lady on reception 12pm very sympathetic with me booked me in 1615 that afternoon by 1630 on my way home tooth gone by a very nice dentist looking forward to weekend no pain thanks all

Emergency appointment was brilliant, did seem rushed through though, temporary dressing/filling put in place and told to try and get in as a new patient in a month or 2 when they should be taking on new patients

This dentist is great ,the man who fixed my tooth and put a cap on it was brilliant not only my tooth snap once,but twice. he did all the work to save my tooth and I didnt go back for the fitting off the cap due to helping a family member through a rough time.
He was very understanding and all the hard work he did had to do again but from I tiny bit of tooth now.
He didn't tell me he was gonna rip it out so I had a nice hole, he told me he would do all he could to save it .
Now I have a nice beautiful tooth not no nasty hole . Thank you

Such a bad place to be to be honest no dentist stick arround here for long . Every time you make an appointment some new dentist will see you and offcourse they all have their own opinion. Had my root canal done here wish never got done from here I am suffering please if you love your teeth dont go here.

Update 5 months later: Went again today and the overall experience is still excellent. A good dentist makes all the difference so I hope Angela will stick around for some time. This time she filled a small hole in my tooth. She took her time to listen to what I had to say, she was methodical in her approach and with this being a filling between two teeth, even made sure that I was still able to floss correctly following the filling, which is more than what I can say about Angela's predecessor, Dr Thandi, who filled a hole in such a way that I was no longer able to floss.
This place has improved big time over the last year. Front end staff are friendly and helpful. But the best change is my dentist. The new dentist Angela was fantastic. Friendly, professional, gave me a thorough analysis of the problem I was having and presented me with options. Did not make me feel rushed or pressured despite the tricky choice and procedure. I took my son with me and she and the dental nurse were both brilliant with him. Couldn't have asked for better service.

My second visit was a deep clean.
I have just got back from there after having a tooth out he gave me all the options first saying it was my choice which one ,the girls were all so nice as I was nervous,I would 100% recommend this practice,

Take my advice- you d be better off avoiding this place. They will not care for you and your pain and do a sloppy work, the receptionist can be extremely rude. Just don`t go there, proceed at your own risk.

Started with this surgery the day it opened. Over 25 years later and standards are just far too low now. Repaired tooth keeps breaking. Took dentist advice and booked a crown appointment. Got there and appointment was messed up. Dentist said "You are more articulate than most of our customers. I expect the receptionist didn't understand you". A dozen more complaints over the last few years.

Went in as I have a hole in my tooth. Dentist was very rude n i got as far as the xray n I left as I was so unhappy n uneasy with his treatment.the staff talk down to you. Will never go back again. The staff are ment to be reassuring not threatening.
