I first became a patient of Dr. Moti in the ‘90s! And have been with this practice ever since apart from a gap due to moving to Scotland. My family are also with the practice. The work is of very high quality, the staff are kind and patient, the hygiene standards are high. Other dentists have commented favourably on his work. Would not hesitate to recommend.

This dentist actually makes sure your comfortable and explains everything they're doing. They have very kind and supportive dentists. I personally am scared of the dentist but moti design actually understand and help you through at your own pace and make sure your comfortable. 5 stars ????

Been coming here for a couple of years now after being normally very nervous. Dr Bhatt has changed my view on the dentist, he’s very calm and puts you at ease. The staff are clearly working hard to maintain a high level of cleanliness during the pandemic.

We absolutely love this dentist practice. I have been registered here for about 10years and it’s by far the best dentist I have ever been too. All of the staff are so kind. I have seen Dr Hanif Moti in the past and a Lady dentist and our current Dentist for the past few years Dr Mason Bhatt. All of the above Dentist were so lovely, I always got anxious when my dentist changed however I didn’t need to be, they are all excellent and very good with me and my family. I used to be terrified of going to the dentist (since a bad experience when I was 14 at a different practice). Dr Bhatt is so kind and caring, he’s always smiling ( even with the mask on you can tell he’s smiling and passionate about his job). My daughter (3 cried as per usual, he was good with her). I never feel scared going to the dentist anymore :) as this practice is amazing. Covid Measures in place today, temperature check and hand gel on the way in, waiting outside and calling to let reception know that you have arrived. Thank you to the Dental nurses too, always very friendly and my daughter loves her sticker - thank you. Thank you again for an amazing experience for me, my daughter and my husband :) 20/10 well done everyone Highly recommend

Dr. Bhaat is my regular dentist at this practice. I have always received excellent treatment from him since transferring from another practice. Today I was treated for pain and blood loss in my mouth which had been going on for some time. Prompt Appointment - treated very well on arrival by reception staff who adhered to the Covid 19 procedures. Escorted to the surgery room. Dr. Bhaat listened to me to understand the problems being experienced, gentle and thorough examination took place. Problem diagnosed and treatment and advice given. Very cordial, gentle, professional, efficient and effective throughout my visit. Whilst visits to dentists are not top of your favourite list this surgery can be fully recommended by me. Thank you Dr. Bhaat and the team - very much appreciated.

Mr Moti has been treating me since just after the first lock down, from removing an absest to helping me through my dental journey to having a full set of healthy teeth, I went in an emergency as the pain was bad. His work is excellent and he continues to help me obtain the smile I want. Receptions and staff are all very professional and polite. Hygiene standard are excellent. I’ve been register with this dentist for a few years my son is also registered the dentist referred him to have braces and we didn't have to wait long at all within a year he was called sand is getting his braces put in next month.

Brilliant Dentist. Despite the covid restrictions they got me in as my fillings had fallen out and tooth broken leading to v. sensitive teeth. They have done 3 fillings at least so far, Dr Mahmood saw me and he was really great. He listened, gave good advice and did the procedures with minimal pain, listening to me when it became uncomfortable and I needed a break. My last dentist was so rough with me it put me off going to the dentist for years (winchester avenue). The receptionists are lovely despite taking a lot of grief from impatient patients (kind of ironic!) See you next month! JB

Visited this dentist when I accidently broke a tooth during my pregnancy, I was recommended to this place by the NHS - then had my first consultation and a temporary filling, I was told to come back in about 3 months because I could not have a filling done while pregnant, so I made an appointment to the end of February. I called a few days before my appointment to confirm the time of my appointment just to be told I had no appointment booked and they do not accept NHS patients, that I could have a private appointment if I wanted to be seen by the dentist. Why did they register me as a NHS pacient if they don't accept them? Why to leave a patient waiting 3 months in pain for an appointment and then cancel it without any explanation or apology? I just think this place needs to learn a lot about costumer services.

I had tooth extractions on the 23rd of October, and as a patient I received excellent care, with dignity maintained with reassurance. I would sincerely like to thank Mr. Moti and his team for making my experience bearable, I was very anxious and frightened. I was put at ease.

Great customer service but the lady dentist was very rude and use your skills set to cause pain never be going there again ...the person poked my nerve and I was in pain for 3 weeks when I was only in for a check didn't expect that first time using this dentist so avoid if possible

My family and I have been patients at the practice for over 30 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I am a complete dentist phobe, but Dr Moti and his staff are so kind and patient with my anxieties. I had a tooth out on Christmas Eve after suffering with pain for a while, and I cannot fault my treatment and care from the staff. Thank you

My usual dentist I see here is brilliant hes, patient kind & caring however my most recent appointment I couldn't see him and I was booked in with an African lady wow she's very rude, and has an attitude that would suggest your time is beneath her. All they ever seem to want to do here is talk you into having lots of work done costing hundreds one of their faves seems to be root canals! Thinking of signing up elsewhere!

I agree with all the bad reviews on here. Never in my life have I come across a dental practice with such, rude, uptight, disgusting and disrespectful receptionist. The way they speak to patients face to face and over the phone is just horrific. The practice manager/owner should listen in before he continues to lose patients over this! Their tone, their lack of sympathy, the total disregard for patient care, just so rude! Luckily I’ve left the practice a year ago but some one at work brought it up again and some of my family members are still signed up as well as colleagues and friends who all plan on leaving or just simply not turning up no longer. Honestly if you are reading this review and thinking of signing up, don’t there are plenty of lovely dental practices in Leicester with such lovely individuals working there.

She has made me stress free and my fear has now gone and all thanks to her I have my smile back which I had a lost for a long time definitely recommend this dentist ????

1 star seems too generous! I was sat in the waiting area waiting for my appointment and as normal my dentist was 45 mins behind! I spoke to the manager I cant remember her name! Asian lady, very rude! Quick tempered is an understatement, she acted like I should feel privileged to sit for nearly an hour everytime I come for the dentist to spend less than 5 mins on my teeth and kick me out the door! I tried to give the manager my feedback that I paid 22.70 for 5 mins and told to come back next year and the next day I'm back at the dentist! But i have problems with my teeth for the past year! The manager did the same as the dentist talked over me so I stopped talking about the problems with my teeth! I was so uncomfortable and nervous to bring it up again as I could see her getting angrier! Considering I remember seeing the manager as Dr Moti nurse for years I thought she would have been more supportive since I have been coming for year I have been coming for years but after my last visit will be moving to another practise! Managers dont care about patient, they are rude to their own staff in front of paying patients and act like they dont care what you have to say unless its giving them money! The way she spoke to the different manager the white lady, I was so embarrassed for them. There was another lady at the desk and the manager's response was disgusting, a poorly child in pain and refusing to see them because they haven't been in over a year! It was a child! The practise will keep going downhill with people like her barking around!

I don't want to go into too much detail in this review but the best description i can give as to how bad this place is...i'm actually lost for words. I had my doubts about them for a long time so i went to another practice for a check up, just to see if the people at moti were really doing their job properly. I was told that i needed emergency treatment on my upper right molar at the back as it was so badly decayed, they said either a root canal treatment is required or i'd need it ripped out. I was able to save the tooth (and thats the detail i wont go in to as it's so much information, a complaint was raised with 4 dentists and nhs england was notified but finally got the issue sorted now) but just for further investigation on my part, before i proceeded with any further treatment at this point, i thought id go to moti to find out what they would say. When i attended my appointment i saw dr Moti himself who could care less about who he treats and here's why. He told me that the molar (the one in front of the one causing me pain) was the one that needed to be treated as it was infected (it wasnt at all) and he told me that i need to take antibiotics to clear the infection and that he was going to start treatment on the wrong tooth!! He couldnt even be bothered to confirm if he was correct with an x-ray first! I could not advise to avoid anymore than other people here have, this place is a joke and they'd be doing everyone a huge service by shutting the place down or at least training staff properly! Will never return as you can imagine and now i have a dentist that is willing to do as much as they can to help make sure my teeth are looked after :)

Literally have left this dentist today to sign up with a different one(very easily done).i have missed 2 appointments in 6 years and was told I could only now EVER have an appointment with the rude African dentist who put me off going back to the dentist in the first place.the receptionist sounded really thick and stupid, she doesn't listen to you before she starts waffling on and she sounds as if she needs to give her nose a good blow.Really glad iv left here ,a blessing in disguise

Please do not join this dentist...I have had one of the worse experiences I have ever had after treatment here. Went in for a filling but ended up having my wisdom tooth extracted. I enquiried about the aftercare required and asked how much pain I would be in as I had just been ill and did not want any more time off work....I MADE THIS CLEAR to the dentist but it was not made clear to me how severe a tooth extraction can be. The extraction took and hour in which the tooth snapped and had to be drilled numerous times to split in in two. Another dentist had to be called to help, I had to keep asking for injections as I could feel pain. I’m not ashamed to say I cried during this ordeal. After, the aftercare sheet I was handed (which would have been more helpful before I agreed to the extraction) did not match up to the info the dentist gave me, the precautions I had to take were much more extreme as there was “more exposed bone than they thought”. I left shaking and in shock. After the anaesthetic wore off I was in agony. I had to drive to get my prescription still shaking, i spent 3 days barely drinking, just drooling blood into a bucket as I couldn’t even swallow without a lot of pain. Didn’t eat for 2 weeks and I was prescribed 12 pills a day (a combination of antibiotics and painkillers) by the dentist. I arranged an earlier check up and it was at that appointment I met Mr Moti. He did not take what I was telling him seriously and told me if I was in that much pain I would have come back earlier. I was disgusted, what a vile condescending man he is. MR MOTI DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS! I have been chasing them for my dental records ever since and I still experience pain now. Heed my warning, do not let them do it to anyone else. And I agree with the other reviews...SOME of the reception staff are hideously rude. If ever a place needed shutting down it’s Moti Smile.

I would advise everyone to avoid these dentists. The dentist that I went to was highly unprofessional and did not know what he was doing. Without going into many details, I had to spend hundreds of pounds to fix the damage that he caused and my other dentist confirmed that he did an awful job.

Absolutely Disgusting Service. The receptionist have no etiquette and respect for customers. Instead of providing a dental service they would prefer to argue like little children and waste your time. They extort you out of your money charging hundreds for such little services. I wanted to give a 0 rating but i am forced to give atleast one star which they are not worthy of. Rude receptionists. Trying cancel an appointment and she tells me that I need to rebook now or they'll send off my documents. Spends 5 mins arguing with me and then ends the call. Few weeks earlier my just done filling fell out and she wouldn't fit me in the same day as she said I should have called early morning. Well how I should have known few hours earlier that it will fall out. Shame because my dentist is very polite and knows what she's doing. But receptionist disgusting.

Shocking treatment. Book an emergancy appointment they cancelled and rearranged for following week after x-ray was given antibiotics on the Friday and they said they will call on the Monday which they didn't I called them on the Tuesday and they said they would give me an appointment on the Friday but they then cancelled on the Thursday and offered one for 3 weeks later despite the server pain I was. In the end I had to register at another dentist so I could get emergency work done!. The receptionist is also rude and unsympathetic.

Avoid! Unprofessional reception staff who are argumentative. Dentist was rude and spoke to me with her back facing me for the whole consultation, when I asked her questions she could barely be bothered to answer unless she was trying to up sell treatments. Always have to wait longer than 45 mins after my appointment slot and in a packed reception of people in pain. Horrible.
