Dentist was very professional and efficient. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and smiling. The clinic was very clean and COVID procedures were followed. The dentist spent time to check my tooth thoroughly and explain what he was doing and make sure there was no pain. Grateful to him.

I had root canal procedure complete as an emergency and I not going to say I was nervous but mainly I don't like needles. The dentist carried the procedure and 2 weeks later I got my crown fitted. I am very happy with the service as I am now pain free. Thank you again bowling green dental care

Been using this dental practice for a couple of years and have always found their work and customer care to be exemplary. Practice is centrally located and often runs on time, so easily able to fit into a lunch break.

Absolutely great service. Contacted 101 for emergency dental care and was given 2 options. Bowling Green picked up straight away and I was able to get an appointment quickly. Had 2 more appointments and the whole staff were very welcoming. The dental service was incredible and helped with providing advice on dental options. Very time efficient.

Fantastic dentist. Went in as an emergency They explained everything throughly to help me deside the best cause of action for a tooth that was infected. Better than any other dentist I have been to. Couldn't recommend enough.

I would highly recommend. Since the beginning of lockdown I have had no luck in finding anywhere at all that would take my tooth out or even look at it. I finally found this dentist and decided to call. The receptionist is fantastic and made me feel extremely welcome and at ease. I was booked in the next day for an emergency appointment.... the staff are extremely polite and professional during these difficult times. I will be returning in the near future

Was a good dentist until I found out they forgot to refer me a entire year AFTER the appointment. Now due to COVID I won’t be seen till next year earliest. That’s now 2 years simply because the dentist “forgot” this is the only time in my life I’ve left a review and this made me angry so much I had to leave this review.

Like most people no one wants to go to the dentist how ever needs must. I ended up having to visit 6 times due to a few different procedures over the course of 3/4 weeks. Each visit the girls on the reception where really friendly & chatty. Appointment reminders sent via text & a confirmation call the day before as well. Can not fault there efforts. The Dentist him self was very professional, helpful with his advice and an all round top professional. Thank you

After having trouble finding a dentist in my local area I called Bowling Green Dental Care in the morning. The lady who answered the phone was so accommodating to my needs and arranged for me to be registered and seen on the same day - although it ended in a tooth extraction my whole experience from the initial point of contact through to the extraction was fantastic. The dentist and dental nurse made me feel at ease and most definitely provided an amazing service. VERY VERY impressed with the service I received here! Would HIGHLY recommend!

I was able to register easily and managed to get an emergency appointment the same day! The receptionist and dental staff were so lovely and welcoming they put me at ease! Within six days and three appointments I was given antibiotics and had the easiest tooth extraction (I didn’t even realise it was out!). Would most definitely recommend signing up with this practice!

Called up today at 11:19 which went to voicemail but the receptionist called me straight back. Mentioned over the phone that I was in pain and was offered an appointment for 3:25 that same afternoon. On arrival everyone was welcoming and lovely. The dentist and nurse was fantastic! I always say I'm a nightmare patient because I'm overly sensitive (it may just be in my head), everything scares me & it takes a while for the numbing to take effect. But the dentist and nurse was very understanding, patient and never made me feel like an inconvenience. Because it takes me a while to numb I ran over my appointment time but I still wasn't made to feel like an inconvenience I instead was allowed to sit in the reception where the lovely receptionist kept me talking to calm my nerves I then went back in to the same dentist and nurse who was able to finish the job. For someone who is petrified of the dentist this appointment couldn't have gone better and the fact I was able to get it all done on one day was even better as I wasn't able to talk myself out of returning and having the work completed

Due to Covid19 most dental practices were closed for face to face consultations, and from the four places I reached out to, this was the first to respond. The dentist called me back, and already had all the information given to him that I had told the receptionist, so I did not have to repeat myself. He provided a phone consultation, and explained what he suspected was the cause of my pain, and explained what steps I should take. He also explained what to do in the case things got worse, or if the recommended steps didn't work. He was super friendly, and super knowledgable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The ladies at the desk are so sweet, with their smile they made me forget I'm scared of the dentist.
I had a really good check up, x-ray and cleaning and I didn't have to pay any extra from the £22.70, I'm used to very expensive dentists and this was really good for me.

Further to my first experience under new management, the staff very professional and friendly. Dr. Sayab was excellent during my treatment, he is very friendly, excellent doctor, painless treatment. I honestly was very reserved about new management as previous doctor was unhelpful, rude and too much pain during my treatment but now I'm very happy. I highly recommend Bowling Green Dental Care and you won't regret

They work around my employment schedule for appointments and offer text and call reminders.the dentists are very gentle and have a great bedside manner. All in all I cant fauktnthis surgery. Just would be more happy if it was made clear that they are close for I think it is a hour for lunch which I didn’t see on the site wasn’t told this by staff either . I wasn’t also told that you can’t re arrange appointment if you call up because your sick .

My wife has been there for a regular check and end up loosing one of her wisdom teeth. They have started root canal treatment and the teeth became event worse and they sent wife to home with a severe painful teeth without any treatment. We had to find to another dentist to get it evacuated as it has been not properly treated and it cost us extra money. Run away from this dentist if you want to keep your teeth alive!

Joined in October, dentist was over an hour late for my appointment as stuck in traffic. Tried to book another appointment by going in to the practice- receptionist was too busy on her phone and told me to just call and book over the phone. I did and was just told the dentist was on holiday. Did not listen to me on the phone and kept getting dates wrong. I’ve now registered elsewhere! Avoid avoid avoid

If you are an NHS patient, they will look down on you from the reception to the dentist, they barely spend 2 minutes checking the teeth. Why belittle someone just because your an NHS patient, if your not happy then stop providing the damn service, the dentist tries to get into your personal matters, very uncomfortable.
